We have just had a weeks stay at this amazing hotel with a fully inclusive package. The hotel itself is beautiful and everything is of the highest standard. There are several outstanding restaurants to choose from as well as an excellent buffet choice for breakfast and dinner. We particularly enjoyed the steak restaurant and fish restaurant which we felt was fine dining. All of the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming , professional and very helpful. There is a lovely pool and beach area with a swim up bar giving the feeling of a tropical oasis in the middle of a busy city. The hotel is well located with easy accessibility to any places of interest and a door which leads directly into the main shopping mall. I would highly recommend a stay in this fabulous hotel.

I had a great experience staying at the yas island Rotana hotel. The hotel is not far from the yas mall. There is a free hotel shuttle bus at the door, which runs every 15 minutes. Y2 can reach Ferrari Park and Warner Bros. Park, which is very convenient! The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and there are outdoor facilities It feels very comfortable to sit outside the swimming pool and have breakfast. I would like to especially thank the hotel for this trip. My family's passports were lost in the taxi. It was the hotel's datat guy who enthusiastically contacted the taxi reception desk and asked for the license plate and driver's phone number. He immediately asked the driver to return and return the passports. Give it to me, so that I, who am in a foreign country and don’t understand the language, don’t have to ask for help🆘The embassy!

Beautiful hotel close to the city. Rooms are large and luxerious. Definitely loved the pillows. Very nice gym and swimming pool. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Special acknowledgement to Shone that daily cleaned our room and 'big man' that always greeted me with the most sunniest and friendliest smile.

From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the staff who greeted with smiles and gave me a warm welcome, despite this being 2 in the morning. Nicole at the front desk is a GEM. She is courteous, professional, kind and accommodated my requests upon checking in. She made sure that my stay was as comfortable and wonderful as I had hoped it to be.I stayed there for 6 weeks and I can only say wonderful things about customer care and how responsive every staff was to my needs and requests, including the staff at the acacia restaurant where I had delicious breakfast. They are very attentive and really provided excellent customer service to everyone, and enjoyed breakfast event during busy hours. Everyone was pleasant, and a shoutout to Saleh and Aeshan at the front desk as well who responded to my requests in a timely fashion and answered all my questions about getting around town and providing advice. Also a huge thanks to the housekeeping crew, and in particular Aravind who made sure that my place was spotless at all times. I appreciate the kindness, attentiveness and all the efforts made to make your guests have the most amazing stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting close proximity to the main tourist attractions, malls, and dining.
