Apartments in Abu Dhabi

Good service and nice staff. (Manel, Loriel, Fazal). I have really nice stay here in Adagio Al Bustan. The housekeeping are very cooperative to the cleaning I would like to mentioned biswah addish, Santos and prasad. Good job :)

First, I would like to thanks the Reception, Housekeeping staff they are very polite and accommodating. My room was totally amazing, cleanliness is above-expectations. It didn't feel old, but it was comfortable and nice. There are two rooms, a large living room, a large dining table, and all kitchen utensils. Room service was cheap, so I ordered pizza. It would be perfect for those planning a family trip.

My three-night stay at Al Rawda Arjaan was exceptionally convenient and comfortable. Situated next to Al Wadha Mall and Abu Dhabi's main bus terminal, the hotel's location made arrival a breeze—I simply walked from the terminal upon arriving from Dubai. I was grateful for the accommodating reception staff who allowed me an early check-in, ensuring a seamless start to my stay. The proximity to the mall provided ample dining and entertainment options, while the hotel's amenities offered relaxation after a day of exploring.

The staff is fantastic...professional, welcoming; you feel like you were at home. The apartment was very very comfortable, clean and fully equipped. The hotel's facilities....number 1. I would like to mention miss Naz, front desk team leader, very helpful, professional and friendly. Thank you all.

I spent four nights here. The rooms are as in the pictures. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. I did not use the kitchenette or washing machine in the room, but having these in the room was nice. Breakfast in the hotel dining room was very good and varied each day, the fresh mangos on our first day were absolutely delicious. The cappuccino coffee made by the barista was the best coffee we had in Abu Dabi. The rooftop swimming pool was open 9-18, when I was working so unfortunately I did not get to try out the pool. Overall a very nice hotel, especially if you are working all day, and do not need lots of infrastructure for your visit.

1. Location is fine but there is no parking spots if you reach in the evening and no valet parking or assistance in parking the car. 2. The premises is old but kept clean. 3. The pictures on the internet show a couch and there wasn't in the room. When i asked, they said i took a studio and couches are only in suites. That was not clear to me as i had my wife and child. I asked for an extra mattress and they said it's chargeable. 4. I needed late check out and although i arrived almost at midnight the night before, they insisted on charging me till 6 pm and end up changing me almost what a full night cost me on makemytrip trip and refused to give me any discount. 5. Staff were friendly. However, my experience with makemytrip was excellent as always.

Everything was good they are really friendly and stuff assist was amazing to help getting taxi.

As warm as always, but the hot water in the bathroom was not hot this time. I took two warm showers, but I called room service and someone came to check the situation within 5 minutes.

Good value for money if you are going to spend a day in Abu Dhabi. The facility is old, but I chose it because it has a kitchen and a room at a cheap price. The staff is friendly. If you take a taxi to the airport in 30-40 minutes, it seems that the furniture cost a little over 100 dirhams. Before taking a taxi in Abu Dhabi, ask for a credit card before boarding. There is a taxi driver who lies and asks for cash by saying that the credit card machine is broken.
