Une merveilleuse expérience à la Villa delle Palme! Les propriétaires, Cinzia et Gianni, sont très sympathiques, serviables, accueillent avec le sourire et sont disponibles pour vous donner de bons conseils sur l’organisation de votre séjour. Le reste du personnel est aussi sympathique et sait se rendre disponible. Les appartements sont spacieux, fonctionnels (lave-linge, climatisation..) avec une cuisine bien aménagée pour pouvoir cuisiner à la maison. Ils sont également propres, l’attention portée à la propreté se voit! La villa est bien entretenue et l’espace piscine est très agréable et reposant, de part sa végétation et un espace couvert à côté permettant de se reposer du soleil. La villa dispose aussi d’une localisation de premier plan avec de très belles vues, des supermarchés, restaurants et bar à proximité. Je me suis sentie comme à la maison et recommande ce lieu à la fois pour une période de détente près de Catania mais aussi comme point de départ d’excursions splendides sur la côte est de la Sicile!

Le foto non sono aggiornate, la Struttura è vecchia e manutenuta in maniera sommaria. La pulizia dell’appartamento è scarsa. Lo abbiamo fatto notare alla proprietaria, speriamo serva per migliorare alcuni aspetti. Gli arredi, specialmente quelli esterni sono vecchi, le sedie in metallo arrugginite e riverniciate . Diverse tracce di zanzare spiaccicate alle pareti i. Tutto l’appartamento. Le stoviglie sporche. Spazio piscina curato . Il 50% del pagamento è stato chiesto come acconto , la rimanente parte saldata all’arrivo nella struttura. non consigliato

We wanted a place where we could easily access Etna while having some restaurants and shops nearby and wanted to avoid the chaos of Catania. Villa delle Palme is just outside of picturesque Aci Trezza and not far from Aci Castello and Capo Mulino. About 20-30 minutes from central Catania. Deco supermarket is a 5 minute drive. The wineries of the North side of Etna are about 1hr away. Cinzia is a charming host who is very helpful and she runs a beautiful mini-resort. You are just off the main road but it's quiet and isolated. On site parking is a big plus. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and a nice balcony with a view of Etna. The pool area is beautiful with a large pool and a nice little bar. Everything is well maintained and very nice. We will definitely be back.

Pensando a questo luogo o meglio a chi lo gestisce, la prima cosa che mi viene da dire è “SCORRETTEZZA” siamo stati diverse volte in questa Villa che senza dubbio è molto bella e curata, stessa cosa non si può dire dell’accoglienza dei proprietari e della loro disponibilità. Per ben due occasioni li abbiamo messi alla prova chiamando da diversi numeri e in base alla simpatia che gli fai, ti dicono se c’è posto libero o meno. Per ultima esperienza, prenotati dal martedì, tutto confermato, ci chiamano di venerdì dicendo che dovevano annullare la nostra prenotazione perché c’erano molti ospiti. Immaginate una famiglia intera organizzata con largo anticipo, ritrovarsi all’improvviso con una chiamata di annullamento con una causale così banale. Se volete visitare questa struttura è sicuro che potrete entrarci una prima volta, poi il vostro ritorno dipende dalla simpatia che farete ai proprietari. Porteremo i nostri soldi per una prossima volta in un luogo dove potremmo ritornare senza pregiudizi. Deludente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento in 7 con 3 camere da letto 2 bagni cucina e un balcone che faceva tutto il giro dell'appartamento, una bellissima piscina parcheggio interno, con un bellissimo parco.. L'appartamento molto carino, pulito e attrezzato di ogni genere La Signora è stata molto gentile dopo aver lasciato l'appartamento per mezzogiorno invece che alle 11 del mattino ci ha fatto soggiornare nella bellissima piscina fino all'ora della partenza per l'aeroporto. Una bellissima esperienza davvero.

Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole vacanza, già dal viale d'ingresso si ha una piacevole sensazione di entrare in una bella villa. La casa è comoda, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort, tra cui il parcheggio. Il giardino della piscina stupendo. Un posto dove speriamo di ritornare.

Ho trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa a Villa delle Palme. Il resort è dotato di una bellissima piscina! La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal mare e gode una bella vista sui faraglioni. La mia camera era spaziosa e ben arredata, con un balcone che si affacciava anche sulla piscina. I proprietari erano gentilissimi e molto disponibili, mi hanno fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per godermi al meglio il mio soggiorno. La piscina è stata il mio luogo preferito dove rilassarmi e prendere il sole. Consiglio vivamente questo resort a chiunque stia cercando una vacanza rilassante in Sicilia.
