Standard 3 star business hotel. Staff have limited English ability, but are friendly, caring, and go the extra mile to give you as much of personalized experience as possible. Don’t miss the coffee ceremony (available on request)!

The hotel is indeed close to airport, clean rooms and nice food. The airport shuttle service is crap. When we arrived with my colleague, they couldn't pick us from airport as planned and i missed my flight because they kept miscommunocating where the shuttle was, as i waited in the lounge. The reception staff was very rude and arrogant. Security officers and restaurant were friendly and nice. The bathroom had strong odour of urine when i arrived. After using it, i stopped to smell it as the envt became familiar (i have seen this in another review and yes i would like to concur.)Reception staff need more training

The hotel is situated very close to the Bole airport. Hotel rooms are very well maintained, the hotel staff is friendly and helping. I reached hotel at around 2am the hotel still managed to serve me some food at that point of time. Hotel resturant is good. Food quality is good however you won't get spicy food to eat if you are Indian. Washington rtpcr facility is just 5 mins drive. Money exchange at 5 steps walking distance. Airport shuttle is 24/7 available without Amy additional charges. Can take you to/from the airport even if you are alone.
