The hotel I stayed for 2 nights I really liked . 1. friendly and polite stuff . 2. Breakfast was very nice and testy. 3. Rooms are clean and comfortable. 4 . They offer free shuttle bus service

Seble and Tsion are amazing staff and have excellent levels of customer service. Nothing was too much for them. They made me feel like I was at home during my stay. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable and is situated in a very central location in Bole. I would highly recommend a stay at the hotel.

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. We were staying the hotel more than a month, Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff and well oriented doorman. The room was spacious and spotless , with great decor and crisp bed sheets. Breakfast buffet was delicious, with the huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. It is a true sample of excellent hospitality and we would recommend this hotel to everyone. Special thanks to Zion who always understands our favorite dishes and delivers the breakfast at the room. ❤️ We thank you all❤️ and we would say, all the staff and the managers who served us are very friendly, honest and absolute professionals. Lovely hotel and staff. Room was clean with the essentials. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff ,We wish to thank especially our waitress Seble in the breakfast service. She's got a cheerful personality with a great attitude to work and customers. All the best for her and hope to see her again in the future. The hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. That impressed us the most. No matter what time of day or night, you could turn to them with all your concerns.
