Igst bill not provided by hotel. Hotel service is very poor and room was not good staff is not supportive rate is very high as per room and service quality

Very bad, torn and dirty sheets, blanket covers, and curtains
no heaters were provided, only when we asked but we're without plug. Dirty and outdated washrooms
the infrastructure is not at all up to the amount charged

The first room was terrible.

The lock was broken. The toilet had a weak water supply and wouldn't flush. There were mosquitoes flying around. The air conditioner couldn't adjust the temperature. The circulating windmill propellers in the room were at max speed and very noisy.

pathetic place, we organised a event, if anyone want to ruin they event/stay, then they can go there. Otherwise dont even think to even viait this hotel.they do not deliver what they promise, cheap staff.

Awful place. Past reviews are fake. Property is a complete dump. Nothing works. No outlets worked. No hot water. No toilet paper. Dirty towels - thinner than a cotton 50 count sheet. Toilet didnt flush. Water trickled out of showerhead. Floors were nasty. The only saving grace was the working elevator and good breakfast. I hate to give them a zero star but stay away from this dump.
