L'emplacement de l'hôtel u est bien; La propreté laisse à désirer.
Cependant, il y a des nuisibles (cafards) dans la chambre;
La lendemain de mon arrivée, lors du nettoyage de la chambre par le préposé , un cafard était sous le lit.
Le jour de mon départ, un autre cafard était dans la salle de douche.
Par rapport à d'autres hotel en Inde, celui-ci est bien

Hotel staff is not proper trained, less educated staff, breakfast is ok, location is ok, food is expensive in hotel. 2 star for this hotel

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Cloud is costliest hotel, water charges 40 rs per bottle, juice 150 rs. Reception staff must learn how to behave in such costliest hotels. Restaurant staff excellent there was no drinking water bottle or jar in the room, i asked then they charged that
