The service from the front desk staff was good. I was waiting with a smile, so it was easy to ask questions. The pool was nice too. It seems that there are times when the staff is not there, so I think you should check it. The restaurant was good, but it might be better to ask how much Japanese food is. It took a long time because they provided creative dishes, and it took more money than I thought. Although it was delicious.

It is really well maintained, well staffed hotel with great food selection. The receptionist Ms. Reddhi was extremely helpful during the entire stay. The room service staffs had made sure the room was kept clean. We could also notice that this hotel is chosen by companies to organize events for their employees. And there were multiple interviews going on during the stay. But this in no away affected the quality of our time spent here.

Rooms are clean, in a very major junction facing the highway so non ac rooms can get a bit noisy at night but if we close the windows absolutely no noise. The hotel has good security policy and they check the id and collect our details which indicates they give forst priority to the safety of customers.
