اسوء أوتيل من حيث الخدمات والاكل فيه محدود و المطعم صغير العمال ماشاء الله الويفي مفيش في الغرف البيسين صغار وعلى العموم فندق قديييييم جداااا والاعمال فيه جارية نتمنى يبدلو فيه ويعملو جو للاطفال والعاب في البيسين والاوساخ في الرواق والسلالم والفندق في مكان معزووووووول اخر مرة نجي ليه

المكان سيئ جداً و معاملة الاستاف اسوأ ما يمكن حرفياً عمري ما رحت مكان في الدنيا كان التعامل فيه سيئ لهذه الدرجة و و بتكون في حتجات بايظة في الغرف مش بيساموها ليها و احنا بنعمل شيك اوت يقولولنا انتو بوطتو كذا و حصلت مع كذا حد غيرنا مش احنا بس و الاستاف بيبلطج على الجيست

The animation team is excellent. They did their best to make us happy for more than 3 hours ❤️ And all thanks to the respected chefs who made us happy with their sweet food, especially Chef Ahmed Mahmoud and Chef Mahmoud Al-Halawani ❤️ Praise be to God, they were two beautiful days ❤️

Choosing the time to stay at the hotel is very important according to the person’s desire and what he is looking for. For example, my wife and I are looking for tranquility, which is what we found in this hotel at this time, as well as good service, cleanliness, good reception, a clean sandy beach, and the capabilities match the prices.

Honestly, the new staff and the respected manager were more than wonderful. A quiet and beautiful place. The breakfast and dinner were very wonderful. The people in the restaurant were respectful. I honestly advise people who go with families. The sea was beautiful, but I want some services.

The worst experience I've ever had. The rooms were not clean at all, to the point that if clothes fell on the floor, they would become filled with dust. I received the room and entered the toilet. I found human bathroom waste on the base, meaning that the room had not been cleaned at all. I called house keeping more than once, and after an hour someone came to me and walked away and didn't do anything. I called him again to clean again. And the same money in every need, the housekeeping was not helpful at all. The sofa in the room had a black upholstery and was stained due to lack of cleanliness. I asked that they change the shawl because it looked disgusting. It was being washed and there was no alternative until I left, even though I was warned more than once. Even the TV remote did not have stones. When I asked for stones, they discovered that the remote was broken. They changed it and there was no replacement until I walked away. This changed the foundation of the room, which was very dirty, even the closets, to the point that I was unable to take my clothes out of the bag. A very bad stay and I would not recommend it to anyone because the place is literally unhygienic.

Bad hotel in everything. Bad service, bad cleanliness, bad staff treatment. There are no services on the beach. Frankly, the beach is bad. The aqua park is primitive... and if you ask for a refund, they will refuse... it is disgusting to be honest.. and I do not advise anyone to book there.
