The staff at Henann Park Resort were incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. A special thanks to Carlo, who made our stay truly remarkable. He was always there with a warm smile, ready to assist us with any request. Carlo's attention to detail and genuine care made us feel right at home throughout our entire stay. His knowledge of the local area and recommendations for activities and dining options were invaluable. The rooms at Henann Park Resort were nothing short of luxurious. They were spacious, comfortable, and meticulously clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was also impressed by the modern amenities provided, including a flat-screen TV, a well-stocked minibar, and complimentary Wi-Fi. The breakfast at Henann Park Resort was a delightful culinary experience. The variety of options available was extensive, catering to all tastes and dietary preferences. My wife and I want to express to you and your staff how much we enjoyed our stay at your hotel. We enjoyed your hospitality from the get go. Our first encounter was with Pearly at the front desk who treated us like royalty. From then on, every encounter with your personnel was excellent. We were pleasantly surprised with the birthday set-up in our room. The accommodation was great. Would like to extend our gratitude to; F&B staff, who were always attentive in providing an extraordinary service. The breakfast was great with variety of selection. Housekeeping for maintaining the cleanliness and comfy of the room. To maintenance crew and the Security. And to the management. We have been in the hospitality business all our lives and we know that to attain that level of service is true dedication to the industry. I like hotel-hopping whenever I'm on vacation. My favorite ones so far are the ones in Siargao and bgc but Astoria Current here in Boracay is one of my favorites now because of the great ambiance and personnel. Vibes are everything. Aesthetic, music, and people make your vacation worth it and it's 100% worth it here. Thanks also to Kevin for being great and accommodating! 💛

Food was excellent; buffet had great variety. The hotel has very polite staff who were receptive to feedback. Special recognition to Jy, Marv, JP, Jean, Marcy, JR, Edel, Eena, Brian, Butch and Sheryl for going above and beyond -always with a smile. Though the facilities were on the small side and equipment a bit dated, the customer service and location were great.

In the middle of the island's residential area, it is not very easy to find, but not far from the beach. The hotel is small and compact, and the service staff is warm and welcoming. It’s just that some foreigners from the West are really inferior in quality. After drinking horse urine in the middle of the night, they yell at the neighbors in the corridor. Breakfast is a single point for a meal, and the taste is acceptable. The hardware facilities are OK, the room is not big but the hygiene is clean and diligent, and the items are changed every day for three days.

Overall Stay: 8/10 Location: Incredible. It is strategically located at the center of Station 2 (DMall Area). Right outside the lobby frontdoor, you will be welcome with all the nearby restaurants, cafés and shops. Entertainment within the property: Excellent. During our 3-night stay, there was an acoustic band playing at the La Plaza. We loved their peruvian chicken skewers. Lobby staff: Average. This resort is a busy one. Many guests coming in and out, every day. So probably the reason at most times not all staff are friendly/welcoming. Even in quiet hours like early afternoon, you will not hear any greetings of that sort. Room: Superb! It was spacious, cozy and comfortable linens and bed. Housekeeping: Don't forget to switch on the 'for housekeeping' button at the right side of the door. We are amazed how the cleaning staff met our expectation because they not only clean the room but go beyond arranging toiletries and clutter. Downs: 1. No detachable hangers at closet. So we have to maximize hanging at the tub to dry out or clothes. 2. No rack as well where could conveniently hang and airdy wet clothes after soaking at the beach. 3. Could be crowded. Overall comment: Would recommend this place to family and friends who wants to maximize their short-stay in Boracay.

Had a 4 day stay here with my boyfriend and family and definitely made some core memories! If you’re in between hotels, pick Ambassador in Paradise because it is the BEST ever. The staff, most especially Kuya Dwight and Ate Cris, are super attentive, warm and friendly! Housekeeping is also on point as well as the hotel shuttle services. The food is good and the breakfast buffet is so good (includes taho!). They have a fire show, acoustic session and folk dance every night. The beach and white sand was amazing. The pool and jacuzzi was also nice. Overall, will be back because the staff here are so welcoming and the hotel itself is beautiful!

This is my 3rd time staying with this hotel. What I really like with BHR is the location which is at Station 2 and walking distance to nearby shop such as D’Mall. It is not a beachfront per se but very convenient to everything. I also love the apartelle room coz they can accomodate big families like us which 7-adults and 2-child and you have kitchenette which you can cook if you like. They don’t collect any pre-auth deposits during your stays which most of the hotels will do. In terms on communication, they are responsive to all my queries on Messenger and She, the reservation manager (I guess) able to give us FOC for the 2-children. They also served buffet breakfast, though, the foods are average but still good to fill-in your stomach before having your day activities. I hope they do regular pest control bcoz a lot of mosquitoes outside so we can’t stay longer in our balcony during at night, so, must bring bring your mosquito repellent.

Mandala Spa & Resort Villa is not just a place to stay; it's a holistic experience for the mind, body, and soul. I left feeling utterly pampered, refreshed, and ready to face the world anew. Only downside was we had to walk for 10-15 mins. to reach the beach but the staff told us it would only take us 5 mins. Not to mention it was very steep 😳
