The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried.
I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

A very modern, bright house of the Garden Inn Brand. At first, however, we were wanted to stay as a Diamond Member in the first floor with motorway view. Fortunately, this could be quickly fixed. The pool on the roof is refreshing, but the water is the coldest during our entire Middle East tour - that could be a little warmer. Breakfast offers a lot of choice. The communication within the staff could be improved somewhat. So we received a late check out pledged. But the phone sounded shortly on the room, and we were asked if we would check out about 12h. There is certainly a little air up.

A relatively old hotel with good environmental sanitation, but the hotel hours are a bit too long ~ but the service is still very good ~
The environment is really good, but it's a pity that it's a business trip and I don't have time to appreciate the beauty of the hotel environment ~

Friendly staff, easy checkin. Great service in the restaurant every morning makes a big difference. The waiters were attentive and friendly. The hotel is quiet and always clean. I’ve stayed here many times and have never had an issue with the hotel or staff. I recommend it to anyone staying in Al Khobar

Overall it is good, two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. It's just that the handles in the room are a bit loose and need to be maintained in a timely manner. Everything else is fine. The restaurant on the first floor is very beautiful, a large artificial lake, dinner is settled here, many locals come. Buffet breakfast is also here, normal buffet Western breakfast, many choices!

I booked a double room for the last two nights, because of business needs, I booked another night of a big bed room. The front desk told me to give you a room that will satisfy you. 305, I went upstairs and found the room next to the elevator. When I thought it was over, I was shocked to push the door. The room was too luxurious. I thought I was over the standard. Hurry to see my reservation, long breath. The rooms are inside and outside, the outer hall is large, and the inner and outer halls are separated by doors. The inner hall is all available! Happy stay trip.

GGuest Useran excellent stay , right from the minute i checked in , till the minute i checked out , staff are super friendly , shout out to Amer from the front desk , rooms are spacious , well designed and equipped with the needed toiletries , bed and pillows are comfy , breakfast is great with wide variety , lunch at the main restaurant was great too , need to thank Mr.Abdullah Odeh for his support and assistance during our stay , he made our annual company cycle meeting a true success

LleeFirst of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful stay here. Nice rooms. Good staff. Nice food. We were offering some training courses over successive weeks. The training place and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch were lovely. I was there for two weeks with a bunch of colleagues and the access to the executive gym to debrief and relax together after training was good. Ted and his colleague were always very welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I have used the gym once and one of my colleagues has used it more.

We had an amazing short staycation last August 4-5, 2023 here in this hotel. Great strategic location as it is along Corniche road, with a lot of restaurants, shops and grocery nearby. What made our stay even better was the customer service provided by Rafael of Housekeeping department. As soon as I stepped out of the lift, he greeted me and asked for my room number to assist me. Learning that the room does not have a good view, he checked the availability and possibility of me moving to another room. Our stay was extra special because of this change of having a spectacular view. We cannot resist but just lay down on the bed and see the beauty of Corniche. The photo speaks for itself! In addition, he adequately informed us of the facilities available in the hotel as well as the complimentary bottled water (upon consumption of the initial complimentary bottled water) The only thing I wish for is the extended timing of the pool and privacy of the hotel guests as the area is open for outside guests (for coffee)

He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!!
