I have been regularly visiting Khobar for business since early 2022 including some extended stays (15-20 days) and all my bookings were made with Staybridge Suites to the point I became an IHG Gold status member. At early stages, the service and facilities were quite good and I was quite happy with the styling, room furniture, staff and environment in general; however, during my last 3 trips (during 2023 and 2024), my perception has changed to negative. - The room service is not as it used to be (missing to change towels/ amenities). - The furniture condition is becoming worse and in some case quite smelly!! - The room smells bad. - Since I stay in different rooms every time, I noticed that some rooms suffer from high noises from either kitchen equipment and / or air conditioning units. Also, external noises (maybe from the elevator area). Although, the hotel still maintain some positive points; however, the scale is tipping towards the negative side. Frankly, I am considering alternatives for my next visit.

I stay at this hotel every time I go to Dammam on business. The location is very good. Although the hotel room facilities are relatively old, they are relatively clean. The food options for the hotel breakfast are relatively limited (this is the case in Saudi Arabia), but overall it is worth the price.

However it is a very nice looking hotel, the housekeeping could be improved. The shower had black dirty corners, also the hose was too short and due to this I had to bend down to wash my hair. I stayed 5 nights and on two last days I had to ask for clean towels since housekeeping had forgotten to put them there one night and on the second instance they came after 20.00 hrs!!

The location of the Marriott Executive Apartments Al Khobar was perfect. The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Mona the manager/ Head of swimming pool club at the Marriott Executive Apartment Al Khobar, she was very helpful and she was taking care of all the visitors especially at the ladies swimming time. I loved that their was a section for ladies for gym, spa, etc. only for ladies.

The location is excellent across from Al Rashid mall with plenty to do there and always an eager taxi to take you around. The Good The bell boys are attentive and the man working the desk is very accommodating. Very clean and shiny everything. The hallways are a little worn for some reason and the carpet. The over sized room was beautiful and clean. Very nice. The not so good. Weird room service only breakfast and lunch menu. The girls behind the desk in the lobby could not be any more rude if they tried. I believe it in my heart, they were actually trying to be as rude as humanly possible.
