En VIE Beach Boutique Hotel - Adults Only

We booked a rom with sea view but we did not get this. The room was not clean. We stayed only one night and it was enough.

Needless to say, do no trust all the things saying bad about this hotel. Dont Expect 5 star stndards here, the boutique hotell is situated in the best area of east in Alanya. Near to everything that is needed, shopping, easting, dancing, you will find everything here. The Envie Beach hotell is high class and fancy hotell. We observed children below 12 here even though the policies of hotell was no, that is the only bad thing with our visit. Rooms are calm and sweet, we had a beach side view room and it is recommended. Food is awesome, prices are ok with the quality you recieve, we have been eating here evere since we arrived because the quality of food is outstanding and the chief knows obviously how to cook things, you will not get dissapointed with food here. The staff is proffessional, some of them are not fully in english but they try their outmost at the end, we understood eachtother. Breakfast is very simple, dont excepct billions of dishes, it is simple but very high standard. Pool is tiny with only 8-10 beds, we are here in may so not a big issue. the athmosphere is awesome, you are near to everything, shopping, easting, hamam pleasure, supermarket and of course the beach itself. Bottom line, if you are in a family group or as a pair and want to have great food and realxing time then definitly check this hotell out, i would not recommend this for families with childrens. This is high class boutique hotell which fit people around 30-70yrs. I can promise you will love the food with ok prices but also the staff of the hotel, please cosider it is not a 5star hotel but for this area i can assure it´s 5 star.

I’ve known your place for three years, I visit Alanya periodically, I always come to your place. And even lived with at the hotel once. But service become awfull!!! The review is about restaurant. We decided to go this time to have drinks. We were put by hostess on the back of a shallow, stinking river, with a cat eating a dead frog nearby. We just came to have a cocktail - is this your new face control for those who only drink? ok we got over it. We were sitting, everyone who your staff tried to put in our area refused to sit there (and they were absolutely right, we should have refused too). But we have already relaxed. Of course, we also noticed the old dilapidated furniture and the veranda in general and the stains on the pillows. No repair for years. You act if you were a luxury place (surprise, luxury doesn’t look like that and people are not ****** ) I asked to be seated inside…. and then I boiled. We are led almost to the back room, to a table without serving or a chair. There’s plenty of free tables nearby, I said that we’ll finish our drink and go, pleaseseat us normally - staff refused. The bill was 1300 lira for 3 cocktails. I will never come to you again and will not recommend you to anyone. Disgusting service and an unprofessional hostess who CANNOT SOLVE PROBLEMS. Spoiled mood and minus one place in Alanya.

Sardar front desk was very nice and helpful. I was very disappointed with the restaurant staff very rude. Breakfast was included in the room rate, but didn’t NOT all the food was covered with flies. Our room was very great big size with amazing view. The bathroom needs updating.
