Ganz süsses kleines privates Hotel im netten Städchen Alaró. Der Garten mir kleinem Pool ist ein Traum! Visuell stilvoll und ansprechend gestaltete Zimmer, das Foyer mit grossen hellen Sofas lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Frühstück wird im wunderschönen Innenhof/Garten serviert: kleines Buffet mit Obst, Müsli, Toast, Brötchen, Marmeladen, Kaffee (aus dem Automaten), vegane Milch als Option und Möglichkeit frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen zu bestellen. Im Garten kann man an kleinen pastellfarbenen Tischchen sitzen, sich sonnen auf einem der luxuriösen grossen Liegen und sich anschliessend im Pool abkühlen. Kleine Reparaturen wären jedoch im Hotel fällig: die Holztreppe ins Obergeschoss hat ein paar grobe Risse, die Duschkabine ist undicht und Wasser entweicht auf den Badezimmerboden. Ganz nette Empfangsdamen, die jedoch auch die Zimmer putzen und somit nicht immer erreichbar sind. Kleine Sprachbarrieren konnten mit Google Translate überwunden werden. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Stadt Alaró hat viel zu bieten, schöne Piazzas, gute Restaurants und Wanderpfade sowie als Sehenswürdigkeit ua die Kirche Església de Sant Bartomeu de Alaró. Zu empfehlen!

Magnificent hotel, very quiet, spacious rooms, decorated with great taste!! Only downside: it is located in the heart of the village of Alaro so access by car is complicated as well as parking...

Very nice decoration but small rooms. The welcome is warm and the place is very beautiful. The real downside is the noise, the rooms are not soundproofed, we were woken up by the lawnmower on Saturday morning

Nice location, particular style. However, the services are rather unsatisfactory. Parking: the property does not have its own but they should specify that parking around it is impossible (it takes 2-3 rounds of the town and a good 10-15 minutes to find it, and then a 5 to 10 minute walk to reach the hotel, cars piled up at every corner but practically for the exclusive use of residents). Reception is almost always unattended, out of necessity you call or write via booking but the response is not always prompt (after 1 hour, up to 24 hours later). Deluxe double room: microscopic, barely enough space to go around the bed, equally tiny bathroom without a window, without any furniture or shelf to place the minimum of our bathroom products, shower with significant water leakage up to the room, candy wrappers worn by previous guests never removed, only window in the room with a street view, no dedicated space to hang out beach towels or costumes when returning from the sea. On the first day the cleaning of our room was even forgotten. Breakfast: we included it when booking, only to have an early flight and an equally early daily excursion. It was not possible to have a refund for breakfast, we were offered 2 take away boxes (sandwich, yogurt and fruit), the preparation of one of which was also forgotten. We would like to forget about this place too. €432 for 3 nights under these conditions is unacceptable.
