L'hôtel est bien situé et l'ensemble du personnel est aux petits soins!!! Lors de notre arrivée en pleine nuit, la personne qui nous a accueilli était sympathique, nous a même proposé de boire un soft avant de monter dans notre "chambre". Plus qu'une simple chambre, un petit appartement/studio offrant un grand balcon avec vu sur piscine, petit salon avec cuisine et salle de bain spacieuse. L'ensemble du personnel présent dans l'hôtel ainsi qu'au restaurant sont très accessibles, accueillant et chaleureux notamment José qui à pris soin de nous lors de nos différents repas avec ses quelques mots en français 👍 La nourriture proposé est variée et de qualité du matin au soir. Espace extérieur généreux avec grande piscine laissant la possibilité de se baigner dans la piscine intérieure lors d'éventuelles jours nuageux et couverts. Je recommande vivement cette hôtel qui est à proximité de tout (plage, commerce, restaurant...)

Very friendly staff, clean hotel, self catering kitchenette adequate for needs. Nearby supermarket selling most things.Swimming pool was clean and supported with a lifeguard. Air conditioning worked well. Balcony was good size with table and four rattan chairs. No complaints, pleased to recommend.

The hotel was chilled and no hussle amd bustle anywhere. Staff in every department were friendly and attentive and the place was spotless. The rooms are spacious and modern and cleaning staff doing their tounds every day with a smile.on their face. Food was brilliant, plenty.of choice breakfast and evening meal amd food at the snack bar reasonably priced. Pool area was great and NO sunbed wars or people up at stupid hours. Always a bed available at any time. Location is perfect, 5.min walk to the beach and situated between the port and the *****. The evening entertainment shuts down at 10.40pm and the bar area at 11pm which suits us fine as there is plenty of bars etc within walking distance. We have been to alcudia for 3 times now and this is the best place we have stayed. Thank you for a brilliant stay and can't speak highly enough of this hotel.

L’hotel è frequentato prevalentemente da stranieri, inglesi e tedeschi. Ci sono dei pro e contro per questo hotel, i pro sono la vicinanza ad una bella e spaziosa spiaggia (5 minuti a piedi) camera spaziosa e bella piscina; il personale della reception è gentilissimo e sempre pronto ad aiutare per ogni richiesta. La pulizia della camera lascia a desiderare, soprattutto nel bagno, colazione abbastanza buona ma la cena è pessima, per i gusti italiani non è soddisfacente. Centro di Port d’Alcudia a circa 15 minuti di camminata oppure fermata del bus a pochi passi dall’hotel. Proprio di fronte alla struttura si trova un supermercato abbastanza fornito.

Overall good experience,staff great,food good,great Aircon, Just a little note,why do management feel the need to put a laminate note to the t.v.,saying we should keep all our possession s tidy,so cleaner can clean our room?I felt like BIG BROTHER was watching every move and felt the urge to clean the room before the cleaning lady.whilst on holiday I want to totally relax and my room should feel like home, so please dispense of the warning notes so we can all enjoy a good stay.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Clean, comfortable. Very friendly, welcoming staff. No rushimg down to get a sunbed. Lovely pool. One of the best all inclusive hotels we've visited in terms of the food. A good selection of meats/fish/canarian dishes, as well as your usual staples for kids, pizza, chips, nuggets, spaghetti bolognese etc. Snack bar also offering burgers, hotdogs. Location is excellent. A spar shop directly opposite the reception entrance. Approx 7 min walk to the beach. Approx 20 min walk from the marina or about €7 euros in a taxi. Had a wonderful stay, would definitely recommend

Hôtel idéalement situé, à 10 mn maximum à pied des 7 km de magnifiques plages de sable blanc. Accueil très professionnel de la part de toute l'équipe de l'établissement (réception, petit-déjeuner, piscine...). Appartement de 41 m² très calme, au 5e et dernier étage, avec vue sur la piscine. Une terrasse immense et magnifique (avec table + 4 fauteuils). Les petits-déjeuners sont très très biens, avec un choix impressionnant et toujours une équipe disponible et aux petits soins pour les clients. Un établissement à recommander. Quant à la plage, elle est idéale. Accessible à pied, en poussette ou en fauteuil, eau turquoise et peu profonde, bordée de grands arbres (ce qui permet de poser sa serviette à l'ombre aux heures les plus chaudes de la journée, sans avoir à s'encombrer d'un parasol), douches... Cette année, entre le 18 et le 23 août, l'eau était à 28°. Bref, vous pouvez y aller sans hésiter.

Stayed 2 weeks in a studio apartment, was ideal for my wife and i, cleaners were very regular, staff in general were more than helpful, well done , would go back to Grupotel Alcudia, everything was pretty much walking distance as we were self catering
