There was no restaurant. Cleanliness was ok we booked for three people but only 2 towels were given. Service to be improved

Room and bedsheets were not clean and room service boy asked me to place extra bed myself. Hotel property don't have any kitchen.

It was neat and clean but bathroom needs maintenance. They do not have proper showers and all they have is a hand shower, which is also useless as it is not properly working. When I asked the staff, I thought I was the only one to complain but surprisingly, the staffs said that all room showers are like that only. I mean, if they know the problem, they are ignoring the solution.

It was a poor stay. Room was not up to as expected. No proper light, no tv, no exhaust, no intercom, no clean bedsheets, only one towel for 4 people. All the time smell of moisterous feeling in room. No tea facility at hotel. No restaurant, not compatible with price paid. Only positive aspect it was well within reach to major points. Thanks. No. That's it

The service of the staff was not satisfied. Because they didn’t provide the proper facilities and bed room also not good wall of the bedrooms slightly bad smelled and there is no tv channels they told us that tv is not working but actually that tv is working and there is no connection of channels. Also the a/c was not cooling yet it’s last temperature was 16 degree bur there is no cooling. We paid them 1428 - for the a/c deluxe room but it’s not worth for the amount at all. Overall it’s not good stay but yeah it’s average for us. Please improve the facilities of the stay it will me more pleasure for the customers. Thank you
