It's a great folk custom. I can't find the place. You can look at the pictures online on WeChat. It's clear at a glance. The boss is very nice, the room is clean and tidy, and it's very convenient to eat downstairs. It's worth recommending, 5 stars!

In the case of generally expensive and low cost-effective hotels in Almaty, this is a very cost-effective homestay! The mountain is a wealthy area, and the air is good. The boss and his wife are very polite, and the breakfast is freshly made and prepared very considerately. After a tiring day at work, it is very comfortable to come back and sit in the yard to relax. I took a few photos of the dining area!

The Kazakh lady at the reception desk was very helpful. It was my first time in Almaty, and there was basically no one who could speak English. The lady had no problem communicating in English, and explained everything to me clearly, just like meeting a relative. I arrived by plane in the morning, and most hotels can only check in at 2 pm. So I chose this hotel and checked in before the check-in time. WiFi, hot water, and showers are all available. Various tourist attractions are very close to the hotel. I promised the lady that I must give a very good review in **.

MOST AWFUL HOTEL EVER I STAYED IN! SMELLS DISGUSTING, NOT CLEAN, PEOPLE ARE SMOKING INDIDE. CHECK IN WENT SO STUPID, THEY TOOK ME AND MY FAMILY OUTSIDE UNDER THE RAIN INTO DARK ROOM WHERE MY DAD SLIPPED AND BANGED HIS HEAD INTO IRON LEDDER WHICH IS NOT SAFE FOR PEOPLE. NOT RECOMMEND FOR FOREIGN PEOPLE AND LOCALS TO STAY IN. Добрый день, с отелем возникли проблемы, что в дальнейшем может нанести вред и другим гостям хотели бы предупредить и уберечь. Фотографии представленные на сайте не соответствт реальности данного отеля, о том что наш номер будет находиться на втором этаже винтовой лестнице ничего не было написано. В следствии чего мой отец разбил голову и на месте приехала скорая помощь и наложила 4 шва. Путь к номеру не оборудован в соотвествии с нормами техники безопасности для людей там проживающих. Владельцы безответственные, никакого предупреждения не было сказано, нас просто повели в темный переулок по скользкой дороге. В номере бегает живность в виде сороконожек. Прошу Букинг не допускать размещение объявления данного отеля, что предостережет жизни многих в дальнейшем.

I arrived in the middle of the night, and was unable to pay for the room because both of my credit cards were rejected because I did not have a PIN. The staff were sympathetic, and gave me the room anyway. In the morning I had to call back to my US banks and both said that they do not issue PINs for cards with chips, so they could not help. So I had to go out in search of an ATM and withdrew the max permitted on two different debit cards. This was barely enough to cover the bill, but I was able to pay up after a certain amount of stress. The room itself was modern and comfortable. My only complaint was that the bathroom walls and tiles are matt black, and the lights were not bright enough around the mirror to make shaving easy. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant on site were average. I would note that I never needed a PIN at any other establishment in Almaty, nor in other cities in the region as I traveled and used credit cards without issue.

What a disappointing hotel. The service was awful throughout. Whatever the question the answer was always NO! Check in time was 2:00pm. I arrived at noon and asked for an early check in. NO! The room was ready but unless I paid $50 they would not allow early check in. (A different clerk did eventually check me in early) The restaurant closed at 7:00pm for dinner and there was no nearby option. I got take out and just asked for silverware and an empty glass. NO, you may not take to room. Eventually I procured a single fork (still no glass allowed in room. “People steal them”). 30 min later, a knock on the door asking for the fork back! Bar was horribly stocked. Red wine? NO. White Wine? NO. Just beer Breakfast opened at 7am. I arrived at 6:50 and just asked if I could have a coffee while i waited. NO. They ran out of juice, asked for more….wait for it…NO. Power was off several times, once for 2+ hours. Windows don’t open so it became very stuffy. Room was not cleaned one day. I asked just for fresh towels. I had to bring my used ones down to the front desk, where they counted them to be replaced. I guess their guests steal towels too! On checkout I asked politely if I could speak to the manager. “No manager here”. That kinda sums up the whole stay. Many, many better options here and this should never be part of IHG with the terrible service
