My partner and I enjoyed staying in Elong Hotel. Though it is one of the simplest room in the hotel, it came with a makeup area with a Dyson hair dryer (almost with all the hair accessories), comfortable sofa, super high technology lights and curtain system. I also liked their free self service laundry area, which you can keep track of the time using the room’s tv. The location is also very ideal, just right outside the metro station I truly enjoyed the stay in this hotel. Will come back to stay again in this hotel when i come back go Hangzhou 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I had a fantastic stay at Wuzhen Tong'an Inn. The good location, friendly staff, and comfortable accommodations made my trip memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future.

Staff provided best customer service and beyond. Room has automated curtain and blinds switches. Welcome drinks stocked up in the fridge. Polite staff and near to Lawson convenience store plus good choice of local eateries.

Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

+ The hotel is located right next to a shopping mall with a lot of food options. + The room has a nice ambience and overall very clean. Breakfast buffet is superb, a lot of food varieties, which you can hardly see in other Chinese Hotels. + Bathroom amenities are complete and they refill the bath soap & shampoo daily. + Bottled water is also complimentary and you can get more via call or in the lobby. + There's a laundry room on the 9th floor that you can use for free, laundry detergents are also provided. + There's a gym on the lobby floor if you'd like to break some sweat (dumbbell sets with bench, treadmills, chest fly machine, stair climber, etc.). + The staffs are super friendly and helpful. + There's a mini-mart right next to the hotel. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay. Would be coming back when I visited again.

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

This hotel is in center of Yiwu and close to night market, many restaurants around the hotel, 15 minutes walking to Futian market and 5 minutes driving by car . Stuff very helpful, very kind 🙏. Hotel is very clean . Breakfast is very good and can find the various European and Asian food. Rooms services available 24hours .I like to thanks to Ms. Will , hotel assistant manager for her help, upgrade to luxury room for free. Definitely I coming back soon👍.

We are never disappointed in the Marriott in Yiwu. We have stayed there many times.We are able to meet in the lobby lounge and plan our day at market, We can use our room to review product samples and plan our purchases in comfort. Good service of Manager Levy.

This is the most beautiful hotel in China. The experience that we have is unforgettable. The hotel itself is a major attraction inside the Westlake. There are tons of thousands of tourists visiting Westlake, but only the guest of this state guest house can enjoy the gardens and attractions inside the hotel. It offer a unique experience that you can find calm and peace visiting Westlake.

Our stay at Sofitel Westlake Hangzhou was wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and well-appointed rooms. It's conveniently located near West Lake, making it easy to explore the area. The views from the rooftop are stunning, offering a perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of Hangzhou. The staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

At the heart of Hangzhou just a stones throw away from West Lake is the Midtown Shangri-La. Situated in the Kerry centre with a large variety of restaurant and shopping choice this was ideal for our short trip. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay easy and relaxing especially as we had our newborn with us. The executive lounge was a great benefit and allowed us to pick up drinks and snacks as needed which was great when trying to work around the timings of a newborn.

We loved our stay at the Canopy by Hilton in Hangzhou. We arrived at 15.30 but needed to wait 30 minutes for the room to be ready. The room is fantastic, really stylish and clean. All staff in the hotel were very helpful and attentive, especially the cleaning team. We really enjoyed the free cocktail available in the bar in the evening, this was a great touch! The staff were accommodating about leaving our car in the car park until 8pm. The only fault in the whole experience was breakfast.y wife and I both ordered from the A La carte menu and my wife ordered noodles and I ordered eggs. My wife’s noodles arrived in 5 minutes and my eggs took nearly 40 minutes. Naturally we were frustrated and the staff explained this was because they were waiting for other egg orders to be able to cook together in a batch. This is not how breakfast service works because I wanted to enjoy breakfast together with my wife and to get out and enjoy Hangzhou as soon as possible. This is especially frustrating when the restaurant was not busy as we arrived early at 7am.

Everything was smooth until the check-out happened. I was scared because I need to pay something for ordering food. I explained that we did not order anything and that we had dinner outside the hotel. They tried calling the hotel restaurant to confirm and they said that it for for burger and beer and that it was ordered around 10pm. I told them that we were outside during that time. They let me wait for over 20 minutes and they still couldn’t figure it out. I know it is not the fault of the front-desk staff. I need to catch a train and didn’t know what to do. I said I will just pay it but I asked them to check it further, maybe the CCTV, the money was refunded eventually but no one informed about what actually happened. It is scary to not really know what happened. Did someone actually ordered using our room number? Or was it a technical mistake? Not sure. I would probably stay again in this hotel but I will inform the front-desk staff to not allow anyone order a room service.

Great hotel with convenient access to subway. But it is a bit far from touristic places as you need to circle the mountain to go to the lake. It is more peaceful than city center hotel, so it is recommended if you want a relaxed/peaceful stay. Breakfast is good but mostly Chinese style. The western food is limited to a slice of bread, jam and a cup of coffee. If you like salty breakfast, it is a good hotel. If you like sweet breakfast, you should go somewhere else. I enjoy a lot the lobby of the hotel that is peaceful and with free afternoon tea. The room is a bit dark, especially the bathroom part. It is difficult to see clearly in the night.

每次很满意的酒店🥰 I was really comfortable to stay this hotel. Especially I really appreciate to “余小慧 “🫶🏼and “Mia Hu”🫶🏼, they served with the greatest care to us. And the hotel condition was very good. All employees are very kind to customers. Also the distance to 国际商贸城，no more close than this hotel. I think the best of hotel in China that I vistited.👍🏻 So I want to visit again when I come back to Yiwu.😎

Location was great , 20 min walk to whole sale market and exhibition or night market , it was near the river and had great view , breakfast was pretty good as well I love the smart toilet seats as well whicb was very convenient unlike hotels in guangzhou which did not have water ...

The decoration of the hotel is good, but the room is really small compared to comparable hotels in the price range. The walls are thin and I didn’t sleep well due to the hotel room neighbors partying until 2am. I recommend you look for a quieter hotel

This hotel is so satisfying! I have stayed in countless hotels for business trips and travels, and this one is definitely in the top three. First of all, the room is on a very high floor, the 35th floor, with transparent floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can see the scenery 10 kilometers away. Secondly, the room is also very large, with a foyer, a living room, and a bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows and a bathtub. Listening to music, watching the night view, drinking red wine and taking a bath, you can't relax anymore! The breakfast is also quite rich, and you can freely mix Chinese and Western styles. The gym has good lighting, the laundry room is standard, and the reception at the front desk is also very efficient. This is a hotel I will go back to check in, and I must go and check it out!

one of the Chinese guy was drunken and smoking on the floor where I was staying. The front called me they've got a complaint from my next door and asked me to not to smoke at 11pm. I felt very assaulted & complaint I was also the victim and I never wanted to smell smoking either. It was not a pleasant way to cope with. The overall location, cleanliness, and kindness were satisfactory considering the amount I paid.

The hotel is new and super clean. Staff are nice and the services are generally up to the standard. However, during the breakfast time, we have experienced a little problem at beginning but was handled appropriately afterwards by Mr. Li, the dining hall manager. He acted promptly on the problem and we were convinced by his sincerity! The breakfast was top notch in terms of selections and quality: from the variety of cheeses to the quality of the egg station, nothing disappointed us! Keep in mind that we have traveled the world and have stayed in some of the best hotels. This hotel surely became one of our favourites! In addition, Mr. Zhang, the reception manager is super helpful as well. He is truly a professional - being curtious and able to identify customer's needs in the mean time. Mr. Zhang delivered a 5-star service during our stay! In all, we had a blast 2-day stay in this great venue! Highly recommended!

Hotel it’s one of the best in this city . Location also very convenient and with clean and modern environment. Public areas very cold , especially at the breakfast restaurant.. suppose to be warm but unfortunately most of guest need to keep the coat on . Not suitable to eat dinner at the hotel due for the same reason . Pity .

This is my fourth time to Wuzhen, but in the past, I either went there on the same day or stayed near the scenic spot. I always felt that Wuzhen was ”crowded”! There were many people during the day and even more people at night! This time, I specially booked the standard room package of Zhaoming Shushe Hotel in the scenic spot, which is really worth the money! The hotel lobby is spacious and elegant, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful! The hotel is in a great location! The standard bedroom is very suitable for people with high requirements for sleep quality. The twin beds are in two rooms, which do not interfere with each other. The room size is suitable and not crowded, and the bathroom is spacious. The scholar's mutton noodles presented by the hotel are crispy, fresh and fragrant without any smell of mutton. The soup base is sweet and salty. I personally think it is good. The small wontons for breakfast in the hotel are very delicious and are not inferior to those sold in the store outside. Living in the scenic area, you can take the sightseeing bus for free to save energy. The most worthwhile thing is to get up early to enjoy the morning of the water town (the scenic spot opens at 9 o'clock to welcome guests), which is something you can't enjoy outside the scenic spot! During the opening period of the scenic spot, you can enjoy the quiet and leisurely time to your heart's content. The morning tea guests in the water market are also unique. I walked around and ate a lot during this sunny time. I actually walked more than 9,000 steps but didn’t feel tired at all!

The itinerary consultant was very considerate. He added WeChat before departure and patiently answered questions. He accompanied us throughout the trip after arriving at the parking lot. The hotel service was excellent. The empty rooms were taken to choose one by one. The hygiene was ok. The hotel is a bit old, but it is well maintained and the furniture is very textured. I have stayed in many five-star hotels. I came to Wuzhen for such an antique feeling, so I chose Shengting after weighing the pros and cons. The dining is not self-service, but there are set meals to choose from. We have 2 rooms and can choose 4 set meals. Although it is not self-service, there are many styles. If you like to eat, you can ask the waiter for it. It is more refined than self-service. Overall, I am quite satisfied

Very nice hotel that was comfortable and stylish. Couple of things to improve for international travellers - sraff struggled with English, internet hard to access as you need a China mobile number, only Chinese TV stations in room.

Inspirok Hotel Tongxiang- First time back in Tongxiang after 4 years. 7 nights in a spacious ”Business Room” in building B with 2 very firm king single beds that gave me a sore upper back. (I don't have back problems normally...) Flat pillows. The hopeless Air-conditioning struggled to get to an absolute low of 23C and was noisy. (32C days and 26C nights.). Huge bathroom with bath. Flow limited shower with hand shower and rain shower. Mostly quiet due to reduced occupancy and outside traffic. Good blockout curtains. International power points with USB power but you must have an earth pin if you want to use an Aussie plug. (Or risk manually pushing up the earth lockout.) Many free english movies available now on the tv in reasonable quality. One thing that I found particularly handy was that a small tube of liquid laundry detergent is supplied and some hooks above the bath. There was no bar fridge in my room on arrival but one was quickly supplied, gratis, when I asked. (Empty). Large shopping mall one block from the hotel and small 7-eleven type shop very near the front entrance where you can buy tsing taos for 6rmb. The included buffet breakfast was pretty average with fewer choices and poorer quality than similar 5* hotels. Very average automatic coffee machines and coffee pots. It was also so overcrowded on the Sunday- with a convention booking- that many people could not be seated. Most mornings it was reasonably quiet. Excellent room service Indonesian fried rice. I also had the ”all you can eat” buffet a couple of nights but thought that it was over priced for the quality of food available at 138RMB (approx 30aud.) Reasonable wifi access throughout the hotel and I was able to read my Gmail but not send it. (I couldn't even download it in Jiangsu.) There is no option on the Trip booking page to ask for 'special requests” for this hotel. Also no option to ask for a non smoking floor and I wasn't asked at check-in. Very annoying.

Four Seasons Hotel has large rooms, very cheap prices, and good service. The parking lot is very convenient for business trips and check-in. There is also a supermarket and snacks nearby, which is very convenient. There are many hotels in this area, and this one is very cost-effective.
