No food in the hotel room area good enough but nothing other than bed no hot water

Very bad. When i reached hotel i was stand outside the gate almost 20 minutes with my wife & kids, they don't open the door and told me we don't have any booking or all rooms are fulled. Lastly about 30 min of arguments he called somebody and said ok, then give me a room in underground floor, room was attached with store, not cleaned over a month, water not available, bedsheet not available on bed, toilet used someone before me without flashed, tv not available, basic requirement not fullfill and talking of behavior is very bad.
