Merveilleux petit séjour fin août 2024. Vue magnifique, restaurant très bon rapport qualité prix, très bon petit déjeuner en terrasse avec vue sur mer, avec une mention particulière à Bepino, supplément d'âme rare. D'une manière générale le personnel est serviable et très disponible à l'image de son Front Office Manager Salvatore, un grand professionnel dévoué qui trouve des soltutions inespérées pour ses clients. Piscine très agréable et très propre, il y a de la place à tout heure du jour! Vue imprenable là aussi. La navette est gratuite et les chauffeurs sont courtois et de véritables pilotes dans ces routes tortueuses si typiques. La plage privée avec ascenseur privé et personnel sur place avec les essuis de plage, tout très bien. Enfin, la chambre vue sur mer ressemble à une peinture de Matisse. Charme d'autrefois et moderne tout à la fois car tout peut se réserver via tablette. Vraiment je recommande cet hôtel d'exception qui enrichit un séjour unique.

Soggiorno Meraviglioso! Una vista dall'hotel incantevole. In tutto impreziosito da un personale eccezionale. Sin dal nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti in modo impeccabile dalla signorina Antonietta che ci ha dispensato ottimi consigli durante tutto il nostro soggiorno. Il ristorante è superlativo, grazie ad uno Chef eccellente e ad un servizio di assoluto livello guidato da un Maitre di grande esperienza. Our first time staying in Amalfi and I don’t think we’ll be able to stay anyway else! The views are incredible and the service is even better than that. As soon as you walk in you’re very well taken care of. The restaurant has great food and the bar is fully loaded. The pool shares the amazing views and very unique. The gym was perfect for what we needed also. Views from the bed made it hard to get out of it every morning. We will 100% be back.

Hotel maravilhoso! Quartos limpos e espaçosos e confortáveis. Ficamos no quarto com sacada e vista! Muito lindo. Adoramos. Café da manhã e restaurante excelentes. O hotel tem transfer para os hóspedes, os motoristas são super simpáticos. Chegamos através de ferry e nos pegaram na Marina. usamos o transporte em toda nossa estadia, já que tudo que precisávamos fazer saia do centrinho de amalfi, pegamos ferry, ônibus, alugamos moto… tudo por ali. Transfer não é cobrado. Foi ótimo. Super recomendo, estadia perfeita.
Dica: o hotel faz agendamento dos transfer de 15 em 15 minutos, ficamos um pouco perdidos no dia que chegamos pois ligamos e a van já estava cheia. Façam o agendamento antes através do site do hotel, facilita bastante. O hotel também tem transfer para Nápoles, com custo de 180 euros.( esse só cotamos, já tínhamos adquirido antes)

The hotel staffs are generally very good and friendly. The hotel set up is very good. One thing that was turning me off is that the smell (raw sewer) of the bathroom. That is more likely result of poor construction. I asked front deck to have maintenance check it out but nothing happen.
What happen is that drain clean out placed at wrong place or be not capped which more likely caused the sewer smell keeps coming out.

The pool area was another highlight, offering a spectacular view that made every swim feel like a dip in paradise. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, always greeting us with warm smiles and helpful tips. Their friendliness was exemplified when one staff member kindly offered us a ride in his personal car to the city, ensuring we didn’t miss our boat tour—a gesture we deeply appreciated.
The shuttle service provided by the hotel was incredibly convenient, making trips to the city effortless and adding to the overall comfort of our stay.
We absolutely loved our time here and would not hesitate to stay again if we return to the Amalfi Coast. It was a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service.
