Lovely hotel although getting a little pricey now even in off session. Rooms are fine and functional albeit a little tired in terms of decor and tech. Bathrooms are much the same but can’t complain too much as everything works fine. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Best of all the hotel is 5 mins from Golden Temple by Auto.

The hotel is located next to the main road in the eastern suburbs of Amritsar, about 4 kilometers away from the Golden Temple. There is a big Mall at the door, which is very convenient. Facilities: The room is slightly small, but well-equipped. The bed was well supported. The internet is fast. The sofa is very comfortable. The wardrobe is larger. Irons and hair dryers are standard. The shower has a large flow of water and a stable temperature. The disposables given are of moderate quality. Hygiene: The hotel facilities are new and very clean Environment: The internal environment of the hotel is good, but the outside is average. Service: The service attitude is very good and the response is timely. There are 8 bottles of drinking water in the room. The quality of breakfast is good, there are ***y choices, and there is chicken soup to drink. It costs less than 500 yuan including breakfast, which is very cost-effective.

This is a wonderful hotel, amazing staff who are truly attentive to all your needs. Rooms are well appointed, immaculate and very comfortable.

The location is central and easy to commute to all key landmarks. The food at the restaurant was quite good, especially the pane-er dishes. The rooms were comfortable and neat. The staff were also courteous and helpful.

Conveniently located, clean and spacious rooms, professional and friendly staff, delicious restaurant. A special shout out to Manorama in the restaurant who went above and beyond to ensure I was always comfortable, happy and very helpful to always assist in food selection to suit my taste. Thank you! The hotel is next to the airport and it is also convenient to take a taxi to the city centre. The hotel restaurant is doing a good job. The hotel room is large and comfortable to live in. Amrit is only a golden temple to see, take a taxi from the hotel in the morning, and come back in the afternoon.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, located in 2 buildings on different streets within 200 meters from each other. When you exit it, you find yourself in the chaos of the central market with its intricacies of endless lanes, which is not very good; but quite close to the Golden Temple. They helped with an early check-in - for which many thanks, treated us with a welcome tea, prepared a postcard.

The hotel is pretty close to main areas and not bang in the noise.The restaurant serves great brunch and we found the best Amritsar kulcha here,itself. The rooms are clean and we got an upgrade at checkin. The hotel has standard amenities and a small pool with gym at the top of the hotel. The only sour note was probably how the hotel measures it staff perfor***ce. The ***ager of the coffee shop and the waiters were insistent that we give good feedback. It seems the praise is being pushed which we would have given any how. The second unprofessional thing was that our flights were in the evening and we asked for late checkout. The front desk seemed amused and were playing with us. This is not professional. I would recommend the food even if its price (a la carte) is significantly higher.

The hotel rooms are spacious and the facilities are nice and clean. The surrounding environment is acceptable and the service staff is polite. Close to the airport, there is a free shuttle to the sights in the city.
