WestCord Art has a stylish decor with very friendly staff. The room is accurate as described and very clean. Location is very convenient to go to train stations. It's close to Westergas Park which is a beautiful walk with really nice view, vibes and restaurants.

We booked this hotel specifically because it stated it had a swimming pool for our children. On arrival we were absolutely gutted when we discovered the pool advertised as theirs, is actually a public swimming pool next door open to the public. We felt totally misled and disappointed. Also, didn’t think the breakfast represented good value for money. The quality was poor with barely anything left when we went, and we ended up having old scrambled eggs and scraping beans from the bottom of the serving dish. The staff, particularly the man in the dining room rushed us. We wouldn’t recommend eating in the hotel but the rooms were ok and beds very comfy

Terrible, rude staff. Check in was supposed to be 3 however we didn’t get checked in until 5 when we did check in we paid silly amount of tax for only 3 nights! Never anyone on reception to assist you. When it came to checking out they tried to charge us with a £250 fine for the room being messy, if it were messy it should have been £150 fine as per there website however after speaking to the cleaners no longer paid anything so good job we didn’t just pay it upon request of receptionist. Didn’t feel safe in the rooms. Location isn’t great a 20 minute bus journey to the city centre which doing all day isn’t cheap. The outdoor pool is open to the public so throughout the day very busy. Food and drink within the hotel is expensive for what you’re getting and overall just not a good experience. Would not return as even 3 nights here were difficult
