Helpful and friendly staff, nice views of the river. No direct ferry to central station but there’s direct bus and the ferry to ndsm doesn’t take long. Overall a great hotel:)

Peggior hotel in assoluto. Da EVITARE. Con fuori 25 gradi, nelle camere del mio corridoio è accesa l’aria calda da stamattina. Hanno detto più volte che dovevano solo farla riparare in giornata. Che dovevamo aspettare due ore per un reset del sistema. Alle 17:30 ho comunicato alla reception che non riuscivo nemmeno a spegnere l’aria. La receptionist viene con me in camera e ripete fino all’infinito in un pessimo inglese, che lei non può fare niente. Che fino a domani non può parlare con nessuno. Che non c’è nessuno tecnico disponibile, anche se è un giorno feriale. Dicendo che volevo andarmene subito e avere indietro i soldi appena pagati per due notti, mi ha risposto di nuovo che dovevo aspettare domani. Ora sono le 23:25 e la mia stanza è un forno. E anche la stanza accanto alla mia, dove dormono i miei genitori di 82 anni, è un forno. Non si spegne l’aria in nessuno delle camere del mio corridoio. C’è gente che dorme con la porta aperta. Inoltre le ventole dell’aria condizionata vanno al massimo e fanno tantissimo rumore. La location esternamente sarà carino, ma stanotte sarà un inferno. Io non ho tempo di stare dietro a questo ******. Domani ho un matrimonio importante. Sono venuta dall’Italia per questo matrimonio, ci tengo moltissimo. Ma questo albergo sta rovinando tutto. DA EVITARE. SERVIZIO INESISTENTE.

Schönes modernes Zimmer. Leider waren die Fensterscheiben total verdreckt. Das Frühstück ist für 12,50 € eine Katastrophe, viel Plastik für wenig Weißbrot. Gute Anbindung an die kostenlose Fähre, man ist schnell in der City

Der var ikke gjort helt rent på værelset. Der var støvlag på fodpanelerne og på øverste hylde i "skabet".
De høje panoramavinduer kan ikke åbnes, og det bliver meget varmt på værelset i solskin. Man er nødt til at lade airconditionanlægget køre 24/7 og det larmer kraftigt.
Brusekabinen var rummelig, men det "store udvalg af kvalitetskosmetik" bestod af showergel, shampoo, håndsæbe og håndcreme - meget standardudstyr.

Our first night and the Aircon didn’t work, leaving my room, extremely hot no windows to open and no preparations to help cool the room down. We had a bad sleep due to the extreme heat in the room and when the Aircon did eventually work the fans that blow the Aircon are so loud I continued to have bad sleep and you can’t switch the fans off. Make sure if you rent the bikes they work properly and the tires are pumped up before you go so you don’t go too far away, we had problems with our bikes but we hadn’t noticed until we was 10 minutes into our ride. The room was small but I did get used to the size and the view was nice. Slight issue with the shower tap not going to go into detail but it was a nice shower. Overall I wouldn’t go back

Whilst the location is great, we can’t recommend staying here, unfortunately. The air con was not fit for purpose and made the room uncomfortably hot, even with two fans blowing. The pictures also do not convey that actual hotel as it’s the ground floor only.
