Hotel Riviera by Mountview

The hotel is located at the banks of river liddar. One can listen to the rumbling of water from the rooms. There is a beautiful garden with various flowers. There is decent parking space. Food is awesome. Staff is very friendly and prompt.

Everything about the hotel was fantastic, from the amenities to the hospitality. A special mention to mr. Imran sahab, the front office manager, whose professionalism and warm welcome added to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend hotel reveria for anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Very basic amenities in comparison to the per day charges, bathrooms are un hygienic. Location is good

room was excellent the staff was so humble and respected The clearness of the room is so much good 💯% worth I book breakfast and dinner on my menu and both r so yummy 💯 worth my room no is block A/101 the view from windows is excellent and the block manager ( imran ) is such a helpful and humble person

The property location is good, however the things like room service was a bit late due to less staff as being told the reason was id and it was acceptable but the room which i got was not good at all as i have a picture of a bug moving just above of our bed and my little one got scared and i have to shift her to another hotel with my family members as i was in a family trip.

Only plus point is location otherwise average stay. Breakfast buffet was pathetic you can have gud breakfast from nearby food points

Excellent value for money. This property has a good scenic location with a breath-taking view of river lidder and the surrounding mountains. The best thing about this property is its staff. Each one of the staff members i came across is extremely courteous and one can really experience the great kashmiri hospitality. The maintenance staff is also very responsive. This hotel has a very good heating, air-conditioning and a fabulous restaurant with good food. My family and i enjoyed our stay.

The hotel room, bathroom, food. All three aspects which make stay comfortable were worst. Only view was good, so will suggest book some other hotel on that road. The name is rafting point.
