From the moment we entered the hotel, friendly and warm-hearted dear friends accompanied us to our room. When we entered the room, it was more comfortable and cleaner than many 5-star hotels, and the jacuzzi in the room was a really excellent activity for you to spend your time better. In general, we liked it. When we come to Ankara again, I will definitely choose this place. I will recommend it to my circle. We thank you for everything .

This hotel is very well situated for the old town of Ankara. The check in process was fast and easy. The hotel look modern and well kept. The Room was good and comfortable, unfortunately the location of the hotel is in a busy main street in the centre of Ankara, so the noise from traffic is very loud even in the high floors, the hotel may have rooms that are more quiet, but ours was not one of those. Breakfast was a decent Turkish breakfast, but a coffee latte was extra charge. The service was good in general. Overall the hotel is a good choice, and if you get a quiet room then, is a excellent choice in the centre of Ankara.

Nothing happened that I was not satisfied with 😊 The hotel is clean. The sheets in the rooms are clean. They gave me a room with a bathtub in the bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise 😊 the room is filled with water every day, there is a minibar, a TV, and I was very happy to have a desk in the room because I will be studying. One of the best and different things about other hotels I have stayed in is that the minibar and room service prices are written. There was a gentleman and a lady, a bellboy, who checked me in on the first day. They are very kind 😊 There is a hairdryer in the bathroom. The towels were all laid out. All the necessary little things too. Housekeeping is very friendly and attentive. During the 7 days I stayed in this hotel, I have only good moments 🥰 My next choice will be here again, Eminem 😊 Breakfast was an open buffet. There are a variety of cheeses. Soup is offered 😊 sweets, murebbels, various coffees, that is, every zovge is good 😊 I used to wake up early for this 😄 Thank you for everything!!

Otel çox təmizdir. Sabah yeməyində fərqli pendir növləri var. Dadlarını çox bəyəndim 🥰 müdirdən işçilerine qədər hamısı mükemmeldi. Per il mio primo viaggio in Turchia, ho prenotato il soggiorno di 10 giorni/9 notti in questo albergo. Camera con letto matrimoniale usata come singola. All'arrivo, in fase di check-in, mi hanno chiesto la compilazione informativa Covid e di mostrare HES Code ( versione Turca del Green Pass europeo ). Terminate queste formalità, viene consegnata la chiave elettronica e comunicata la password per accedere al Wi-Fi. Per arrivare alla stanza, c'è un ampio ascensore: questo, unitamente ad una rampa di accesso dal piano stradale, rendono questo hotel comodo anche alle persone che hanno difficoltà a deambulare, o alle famiglie con bambini in passeggino. Il cambio della biancheria avviene con cadenza discontinua; a volte quotidianamente, a volte ogni 2 giorni. Quando il cambio avviene, vengono lasciate a disposizione dell'ospite 2 bottiglie di acqua da 33cl, prodotti di toeletta monouso, 2 paia di ciabattine monouso ed il cambio della biancheria da bagno. Nella stanza sono a disposizione cuscini aggiuntivi, mini frigobar (non rumoroso), cassaforte, impianto di condizionamento e riscaldamento, televisione con numerosi canali in turco ed 1 in inglese. Nella camera sono a disposizione molte prese elettriche e USB, pure vicino ai comodini, dove sono state installate anche lampade a muro comode per leggere prima di addormentarsi. L'elettricità funziona solo a tessera magnetica inserita nell'apposito alloggiamento, una volta entrati nella camera. E' permesso fumare sul balcone, e infatti è a disposizione un posacenere; la mia esperienza negativa, a tale proposito, è stata che, essendo io un non fumatore, durante la prima notte ho sentito molto forte il puzzo di nicotina del quale si erano impregnati i tendaggi. Nei giorni successivi ho provveduto ad arieggiare frequentemente la stanza, e la puzza è sparita. Sono applicati doppi tendaggi: uno più leggero e trasparente per il giorno, ed uno più pesante per la notte. Nella stanza da me occupata, il bagno disponeva di doccia, ma era priva di bidet che, come in tutta la Turchia, viene sostituito da un getto di acqua azionabile dal w.c. A disposizione anche un asciugacapelli, potente e non ”sfiatato” come spesso avviene con quelli a muro. Il servizio di prima colazione è compreso a seconda del ”pacchetto” acquistato: personalmente l'avevo incluso, ed i primi giorni sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito dalla qualità dell'offerta; trattandosi di una colazione turca, spaziava dal dolce, al salato, con formaggio, uova, ecc. Successivamente, confrontata alle colazioni che è possibile consumare in locali all'esterno dell'albergo, risulta scarsa: al costo di circa 30 TRY, in locali poco distanti era infatti servita una colazione decisamente migliore per qualità e quantità. Nota positiva: lo staff in Reception, presente 24 ore al giorno, 7 giorni su 7, sempre a disposizione ed efficiente. Gli addetti parlano, ovviamente turco, ed alcuni anche inglese; chi non lo parla fluentemente, si dà però molto da fare per capire e

In 8.10 nobody opened the door, then a man went out, said he was here only resting, the administration is not yet, but soon should come. Waited for 15 minutes came the girl, began the settlement. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

It is a hotel that I would like to visit again as a hotel with the highest quality in every aspect of its price. The reception at the front desk, the cleanliness of the bedding in the room, and the cleanliness of the facilities in the room were very clean, which increased satisfaction. The drinks beach in the refrigerator, free water, amenities, and coffee were also good. The breakfast at the restaurant was neat, the bread tasted good, and compared to small hotels, it was deliciously prepared according to various essential types, and it will be memorable for a long time as the person in charge ate comfortably and deliciously at a beautiful restaurant that serves at a beautiful restaurant. During this trip, I visited two more places in Turkey, but the memory of this hotel remains more.

Harika otel 🙂 guleryuzle karsilandim. Guleryuzle devam etti tum konaklamam. ☀️☀️☀️ Oda ferah genis. Banyo acayip temiz. Tum havlular koyulmus. Sicak su hic kesintisiz geldi. Bazi yerlerde sicak su problemi yasamistim... Odada kettle, cay kahve paketleri var. Minibar var. Carsaflar temiz. Mobilya yeni ve cok modern guzel. Kahvaltisi tabakta veriliyor. İyidir. Doyurucu .kahvalti boluminde calisan bayan (hemde benim hemserim Azerbaycanli 😊🇦🇿🇹🇷) asiri guleryuzlu. Resepsyonda giris yaparken resepsyon bayan ve bellboy beyefendi cok mehribandilar. I had a love-hate experience with this hotel. I love its sense of luxury (except their SPA which can be better), and at the same time i hate the experience with the safety box incidence in my room which leads to the damage of my limited collection Timberland leather bag. But then i love the way they handled the incidence. After a series of negotiation, they bought me to a Panora Mall and let me choose a Tommy Hilfiger bag as a replacement. Of course the negotiation was not easy, but i congratulate them for finally deciding to do what is right to make a customer happy. Special thanks go to Mr Murak (one of the managers) who accompanied me to the mall and buy a new bag. When the incidence happened, i complained to three Managers, but only Mr Murak had the sense of empathy and followed up with this case closely till the top management of the hotel came down to tell me the good news of bag replacement. Thank you Mr Murak and team!

Wonderful hotel, convenient location (there are many cafes and shops nearby), clean, spacious room. I booked accommodation with breakfast, very tasty food. Responsive and friendly staff. I recommend!
