We stayed for 6 nights .the best thing in this hotel is the greatest staff and two friendly and very helpful receptions, hotel is near a crowded highway but near nice restaurants and shopping malls. The room sizes could be bigger for a 5 star hotel. I liked the breakfast but it could be better. Unfortunately because of covid pandemic we couldn't use the pool and spa and Turkish bathroom. If you want to stay in ankara I strongly suggest you yo stay in metropolitan with those fantastic atmosphere and staff.

I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. I am very satisfied and would love to come back if I have the chance.

The hotel is located in Kizilay, far from Ulus, Castle and Anatolian Civilization Museum. The hotel looks very good, the rooms are quite satisfactory, very clean and large in size. The clerk service is very good and welcoming, and I feel at home. Breakfast is not bad, the foreman will take the initiative to ask if there are other needs.

On arrival at the hostel we saw a sign that the settlement was possible from 8 a.m. We arrived at the hostel at 7 a.m., waited an hour. Fast everything was arranged and carried out in the room. The room was small, inside was dirty, apparently the floor was soaped, but in the corners, under the bed and on the side and behind the bed, under the radiator no one washed or even washed dust and trash lay there. In the bath, the pelvic is black on the shelves, in the shower and in the corners. No towels and slippers, although when booking it was written that there was, the same with the phenomenon. The mixer on the shelves is broken, the water flows on the shelves on the sides and flows from somewhere from the bottom, the door of the shelves also hangs, there are no hooks for the towels. Bedding was also dirty washed, in some spots, slept in clothes. When we left in the evening, there was no one again on the respiratory. Waited for 15 minutes, walked the hostel looking for. No, left the keys on the table and left because we had the plane and had to go urgently. It's bad, I don't know where so many positive feedback came from. So all who live in the hostel are always walking around and yelling, or sitting in the street under the windows and they are heard as if they were talking in your ear. Very bad noise isolation, the door is thin and everyone can hear who walks past. There was a toilet common and there the door was closed only if it was strongly shut, every time it woke up.

I highly recommend this small hotel located in the city center. The transportation is convenient. You can walk to the Ankara Museum and Castle in 20 minutes. There are many restaurants on Fridays and it is very lively. I arrived at one o'clock in the morning, and the front desk was waiting for me. They were warm and friendly, could communicate in English, and helped me take my luggage to the room. The room is small, warm and clean, the decoration is simple and comfortable, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and has bathroom supplies. The only hotel I stayed in in Turkey had two free bottles of water in the minibar, and none of the five-star hotels in Istanbul had it. The boss also helped me check train tickets the next day and called a taxi for me after checking out.

I didn't trust Trip.com at first because of the reviews, but it is really reliable. The hotel is stylish and beautiful. The friendliness of the reception and the attitude of the staff are top notch. Parking lots are both indoor and outdoor. The only problem is the location. In a very remote place. There is no market, no buffet, nothing nearby. Those who will come by car will arrive directly if you go over the Akyurt overpass. At the junction before the Man junction, you need to turn right and go to the overpass. Those who will come by bus can enter the autonomy from the traffic junction and go.
