1.酒店前台迷迷糊糊的，我定的是豪華雙床房，前台差點給我辦成大床房2.我定了兩天，雙床但3人住，打電話問門票怎麼補説是門票時間隨着住宿時間走，多一個人就多補30一晚過夜費跟一張門票就行，結果走的時候又説要補兩天門票3.39的早餐，隨住宿送了兩張，單補了一個人，39也不貴，但是種類極少，總共一排還有幾個空的飯箱，連個麪包片都沒有，看着就沒食慾，吃兩口就吃不下了，第二天我們去都沒去4.不告訴我們可以免停車費，我們還是聽見別人跟前台報車牌號才知道，不報車牌號出園區就要收停車費，不主動告訴我們上哪兒知道去5.室外水質差，池子裏什麼都漂又有死蟲子又有頭髮又有樹葉子還有點渾濁，泡一會兒光往水池外頭撿東西了，壓根沒人收拾，説是24小時但是晚上10點多室外都變成20來度，比人類的體温都低，想來個夜泡都不行，室內是男女分開的，男的我沒問我老公，女的這邊泡池區域極小，就兩個池子可以泡，剩下的單人池要額外收費，還有搞笑的，我們詢問工作人員泡池有多少在哪裡，幾個員工給的答案都不一樣6.住宿區域一天到晚走廊裏連個燈都不開，大晚上的走來走去都容易摔跤
