整體來説，達不到五星級，設施比較陳舊，大堂也老舊，同樣的價格不如另外一家半山的硬件
原本我看它有泳池，帶孩子可以游泳才訂的，但是服務很不好，看我是住客不用付錢的，不怎麼搭理，等我們進去後才發現沒給我們儲物櫃的鑰匙，又出去問她要，等游泳完看別人都有浴巾，一問是前台發的都有，又出去要才給我們，這個服務真的無語

周圍吃飯比較方便，酒店後面就是商場，整體服務較好。去顧府街，虹山湖公園都方便，還送了小朋友的洗漱用品

酒店位置好，購物交通方便，而且網上價格較線下價格划算，還免費升級了房間，送了下午茶，歡迎水果，房間水吧暢飲，十分驚喜，在這裏要表揚小魯小楊，很熱情，服務到位！總體是滿意的，設施沒有滿分，提出三點可改進建議如下：一是房間中央空調應改為可調温度的，二是馬桶升級為智能馬桶，三是增加淋浴區燈光。希望酒店能不斷提升，越做越好！
