Magesa Terra Apart

We were met by a very pleasant woman who cleans the rooms and treated us to fruit. But when the guy came to give the keys, it wasn’t very pleasant. He was very unhospitable and behaved quite defiantly. It was not pleasant to communicate with him. The price and quality are the same, large rooms, a kitchen with everything you need, but the rooms are very smoky, the things that were lying on the sofa were saturated with the smell of cigarettes from the sofa!!! There are no blankets in the rooms, only cotton blankets, it was cool at night. We asked for blankets, but they didn't give us any. I had to turn on the air conditioner for heating. But I think that if you stay there in the heat, it will be very comfortable and cool.

It has a lot of shortcomings. The bed was so hard that I woke up with a sore back in the morning.

We liked it very much, it was better than we expected and they were very attentive, thank you for everything and I recommend it to everyone.

damp basement and mold, mold everywhere that they tried to cover up with paint, insects, TERRIBLY DIRTY! The cleaning lady cleaned for us 3 times, but it was useless! She simply waved dirt and crumbs in the middle of the room with a dry, dirty rag, and with the same rag she washed the corridor, the toilet and everything in general! THERE ARE SPIDERS, FLIES, MOSQUITOES, ANTS EVERYWHERE! It’s unclear where they came from! The administrators and the cleaning lady looked at our complaints in surprise and said, “What don’t you like? It’s like this everywhere in Antalya, we won’t return your money, there are no other numbers.” All the clothes that were dry and clean became wet in this basement and did not dry at all! If you open the windows, from which you can see the wall and the terribly dirty so-called “terrace” with dead insects, 2x0.5 m underground, then all these insects immediately fly into the room. BOOK ANYTHING BUT NOT THIS HORROR! Vacation ruined! After the first night, my wife and I developed runny noses and a cough from the dampness and apparently mold in the walls! Water and mold are running straight from under the walls and floor!

This is the most terrible place I needed to spend one night with my son. At the entrance there is a huge garbage bag, there is garbage everywhere. The room was literally given in the basement and the boiler room at the entrance and with rags, the room smelled of mold. Horrible staff were carrying suitcases and I was a 10 year old child ourselves. It was a starting place and I never recommend it to anyone.
