Wij gaan regelmatig een nachtje naar dit hotel omdat het zo fijn gelegen is. De inrichting is prachtig, de spa is heel fijn om te relaxen. Het eten is waanzin; overal in het hotel, alle restaurants. Het ontbijt is een feest. Het enig spijtige is de onpersoonlijke aanpak. Na zoveel keer geweest te zijnstelken ze nog steeds bij het inchecken de vraag of we er al geweest zijn. Alles wordt telkens op hehe uitgelegd en er is blijkbaar nergens genoteerd dat we vaste klanten zijn. Er loopt heel veel personeel maar de service in bv de bar is traag en je moet erg lang wachten. Dus alles top! De service en persoonlijke aanpak mag beter.

Beautiful location, very central to museums and others key areas. Amazing old hospital that is nicely renovated and decorated. Top of line restaurants and spa and fitness facility. The rooms are tiny for the price and category but the bathrooms are nicely organized. Many of the customer facing staff members do not speak Dutch which is embarrassing for the venue as clearly many customers do speak Dutch. Signs are often just in English even when involving safety. Suggests the place should enhance customer orientation.

Juste splendide Cet établissement est merveilleux de par sa décoration raffiné ainsi que le personel qui est au petit soins des l'arrivée au départ ,parking,verre de bienvenue,présentation de la chambre ,le petit déjeuné avec un grand choix et surtout de bon produit ,l'emplacement est aussi un point fort pour se balader allez -y ! Amazing property in the heart of Antwerp. The gardens create a true oasis amongst the busy city. Super enjoyed the room, the service, the SPA and the restaurants. Special thanks to Head Concierge Antoine... he is extraordinary! I cannot wait to return.
