The room is big enough and comfortable. The shower water is super good. There is free bottled water. The bathroom supplies are also pretty good. I don't have a toothbrush or toothpaste, so I thought I'd bring my own... There are many breakfast varieties, but overall I think the price is a bit high. Of course, the room rate is also relatively expensive. The location of the hotel is really good and it is convenient to go everywhere. I won't stay here next time. Just experience it once. đđ
We had an amazing time at UP hotel Budapest. Staff are polite and professional, our room and the hotel were clean, breakfast were good selections of foods and drinks and dinner at the restaurant were excellent. They donât have kidâs menu so they provided pasta based on my childâs request. My child really enjoyed eating them.I definitely recommend UP hotel Budapest and would like to go back one day.
The lobby is just fabulous and the Cafe de Paris, which is attached to, but not owned by (as I understand it) the hotel is totally amazing. Wonderful marble lobby, friendly and very efficient front desk/concierge staff and the rooms are good, but not exceptional. For sightseeing the location is not the best - there are no good restaurants around and about and the food on the hotelâs balcony overlooking the Cafe de Paris is boring and very expensive - as is the wine, and drinks in the lobby. We would recommend the hotel highly to friends but point out that the location is not the best for sightseeing - that said there is a Hop on, Hop off bus stop right outside the door.

Every time I come to Budapest, I will choose to stay in this hotel. Here are a few reasons:
â Good location: very close to the city center, it is relatively convenient to walk to the White Bridge and the Freedom Bridge, and there are relatively many supporting restaurant options aroundđŽ
âĄNew hotel: The room is fully equipped with facilities and the space is not cramped. Most of the bathrooms in German hotels are equipped with drying racks, which are very friendly for washing and drying clothes in winterđ
âąGood breakfast: The hotel has quite a few breakfast options. One time when I was catching a flight in the early morning, the things in the take-away breakfast bag prepared by the hotel were extremely delicious, and there were also drinks (after all, buying water in Europe is not cheapđ)
To sum up, this hotel can be regarded as a cost-effective choice!

A solid performance from a good 'all round' experience. The hotel hasa great location overlooking the Danube. Well placed for nice walks, boat trips and restaurants alike. The hotel serves a thoroughly decent buffet breakfast in pleasant surroundings. The lobby and bar areas are very slick, contemporary styled and show a high degree of imagination. There is a physio /medical facility too. Seems to be very popular - offering a range of treatments. The spa pools are decent and the gym well equipped and a nice atmosphere. Great hotel, excellent stay and would welcome the opportunity to stay there again.

We are so grateful to TamĂĄs Killarney and his wonderful front desk team for looking after us so well at the Hotel. He was incredibly helpful after we had a bad experience at an airbnb and we are so grateful for his help and professionalism. Gergely Gombos was also extremely helpful giving us information on everything - a real credit to the hotel. Thank you so much - two outstanding employees The meals were not very special otherwise we would have given 5 stars.
Perfect location in the heart of Budapest with a lot of restaurants in the surrounding areas and easy walking access to the main city attractions. There's the subway nearby but you barely need it. Very calm during the night time. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable and very clean room. Breakfast with a good variety: scrambled eggs, bacon, fried eggs, beans, cheese, ham, bread, croissants, cinnamon rolls, yogurt, milk, coffee, cereals, juice... I definitely recommend this place for a pleasant stay in Budapest.
I booked a Ctrip beggarâs version room and spent money to upgrade.
It is recommended to book a street view room with windows that can be opened.
The details of the room are pretty good. I forgot to take a photo. Itâs the same as the picture online.
The service at the door is like this. After tipping, you will be replaced...
The front desk is quite helpful, but the quality of the doorman needs to be improved.
The restaurant is good and there is sparking wine freeflow for breakfastâŠ
Hotel service is very good, room service is always responsive, and the attitude is warm, because the anniversary of the hotel also presented champagne. Macarons are given every night. However, I returned to the hotel on the first night and found that the room had not been cleaned. I communicated with the hotel to confirm that this situation did not occur again after daily cleaning.
The hotel is located on An Desheng Road. This road is quite famous, and there are many consulates. Opposite the hotel is the Korean Consulate. The Chinese embassy is also nearby. The room has an entrance hall, two closets, and a balcony (I like it very much). And capsule coffee! The breakfast is rich. Metro Line 1 is nearby, and the transportation is convenient.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central downtown location which is close to everything. The room is spacious and absolutely clean. My wife is very fuzzy about cleanliness so she always checks almost every corner of our rooms. This hotel room is the exceptional one which can satisfy her requirements. My salute to the cleaning lady. Well done! Though there are only two lifts in the hotel they are always quick to respond. The girls at the counter are courteous and helpful. We arrived before twelve but the girl gave us our room right away so we could take a rest after our long journey from Hong Kong. I highly recommend this hotel to those who want to enjoy a high standard and comfortable stay in Budapest.

GGuest UserThis apartment is sooooo good! Iâve had been to such great place! We spent a wonderful night there!
Itâs very very new, where everything in the room is very high-tech. The curtain for the window will be automatically opened and closed to keep the room cool, as well as saving electricity etc⊠and they even have a dish washing machine! Itâs so professional!
The room is cozy with a comfortable bed. The bathroom smells good. Everything is flawless. AND the main point is the price is very low!!!
Therefore, Iâll highly recommend this to all of you.
Location is excellent with everything you need close by and all the attractions in good walking distance. The apartment was clean with good facilities and kitchenette was well stocked. The room was spacious and quiet. The only complaint was that the bed was not comfortable and there was a distinct lack of bedding. The one duvet did not cover the bed and there was only one pillow. When I requested a bigger duvet or more bedding they said there wasnât any.

GGuest UserWe had a reasonably sized 1 bed appt. From other reviews I was worried about noise and bad behaviour of groups of tourists but this is a block of 90 apartments and only 24 are tourist rentals. Others include a number of people with the title âDrâ so they are not riffraff, if you know what I mean. Our stay so far has been very quiet. Almost no noise from inside the block. It's the centre of a city so there is road noise etc but the windows are triple glazed so keep the noise out very well. Lift and corridors are all v bright and well cleaned. The area is touristy to some extent with loads of good value eating places including a very popular Hungarian restaurant where you need to book called Getto Gulyas. The area as a whole used to be the Jewish ghetto so the huge synagogue is close by but that meant that the are as a whole is quite run down in appearance. I think that makes it a much more interesting feel than some of the more renovated areas. This apartment block is new enough that it's not shown on Google satellite. Apartment was very clean and well equipped with washing machine and dishwasher. Everything you need for cooking on holiday. Furnished exclusively from Ikea by the looks of it but it felt new and not worn out. Bed is comfortable and on the firm side. So far the is absolutely nothing of any significance wrong with the apartment. Maybe we have been lucky by not being near a stag party. But we've only seen one about town in our stay so far. From our experience we would recommend.

GGuest UserWell-thought-out and weâll-appointed suites, but⊠I require just 2 things from a hotel, that it is clean (and this most definitely was clean) and that it has a comfortable bed. Unfortunately this hotel failed on that point. The bed collapsed on one side in the night & my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa. They âfixed itâ but it happened again & again. We were too busy on a short break to want to change rooms. It was no doubt bad luck to have had that particular room (Wing A Floor 4 Room 5), but apart from that, the room had everything you would need for an extended stay. The hotel is conveniently just a three minute walk from the Corvin-Negyed Metro station, which is only 3 stops away from Deak Ferenc Ter (where the trendy shops & cafes are) & only 1 stop from Kalvin Ter where you would pickup the 100E airport shuttle, so itâs really easy to get around from here, We will be back, but next time weâll lift the mattress to check the state of the slats BEFORE we unpack lol
GGuest UserVery clean nice apartments, close to the metro and some lovely restaurants highly recommend the Mexican. a really nice bar directly next to it and a cafe oppersit that for an amazing breakfast, also a lidls and shopping centre. Itâs strangely both full of life and peaceful ay the same time- the people there are so lovely too. lots of space and modern apartments. I Would stay here 100 times.
GGuest UserWe loved our 5 night stay here, we opted for a 1 bedroom apartment. We were amazed at how big, clean and well equipped the apartment was (there were even a couple of laundry pods to do washing if you wished). The staff at reception were really welcoming and happy to help giving great advice. Location is fantastic as close to all the main sights with the metro, tram and bus stops at the top of the road. Close to some brilliant restaurants like Mozel Tof, Ghetto Goulash and Pork and Prezli (make sure you book) Really handy that the direct airport bus stop is just a 5 minute walk too. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if coming to Budapest.
GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is not big, the room is quite spacious, and the overall atmosphere and service are pretty good. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Fisherman's Bastion, which is very convenient.
GGuest UserIt is spacious enough to cook. It is 370 meters away from the East Railway Station, and it is convenient to go to the airport. I stayed here for three nights, and I will stay here again when I come to Europe.
