Stayed one night. Nice beach hotel. There are few tourists, probably due to the proximity of Israel. You cannot bring your own alcohol, they have it at the hotel. For comparison, a bottle of sparkling wine in a store costs 12-15 dinars, in a hotel - 60! Drink under the hotel fence). You can negotiate, but only if you take something from them. And so all is well). Breakfast is good, lots of choice. For dinner we went outside the hotel grounds.

Beautiful hotel close to the city center but there is not much to do there.
The hotel is a haven of peace where you are cut off from the world, you dress as you wish which is not necessarily the case outside.
The private beach is small, too bad we can't access the other hotels (walls delimit the hotels)
Small swimming area due to all boats passing nearby.
For a 5* the curtains with holes are average.
Otherwise everything else is great.
The breakfast buffet is huge and varied. The restaurants, on the other hand, are expensive and not great compared to the quality in the city center. They should have created a self-catering restaurant like in the morning.

The hotel is amazing good beach view from the balcony. good breakfast but not many options to eat only a few plates of food.this hotels service is the worst I have ever met they are really rude,I don't want to mention any names.the room I got is nice الفندق مذهل ذو منظر جيد على الشاطئ من الشرفة. إفطار جيد ولكن لا توجد خيارات كثيرة لتناول سوى عدد قليل من أطباق الطعام. خدمة الفندق هذه هي الأسوأ التي قابلتها على الإطلاق، إنهم فظون حقًا، لا أريد أن أذكر أي أسماء. الغرفة التي حصلت عليها جميلة

TERRIBLE. We arrived with a child and they gave us 2 twin beds and the child fell from the bed. The pool is dangerous with sharp edges everywhere leading to child cutting his forehead while swimming. The shower does not work. The sink does not drain the water. The curtains fell on my head while closing them. They promised to replace our room and when they did, it was a downgrade. The rooms are dirty, the toilets have poop residuals on the seats from the previous guests. Found a huge spider in the room. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, horrible management. The staff keeps on promising whatever the guests ask but then it all turns out as a lie while in fact every request is dismissed and disregarded just to buy time until they leave.

It was amazing stay, surrounded with friendly staff wherever you are! The pool staff were so kind and caring, I recll few names like Ahmad & Abdallah. The breakfast experience is great with traditional dishes along with the international stuff! AlMothana was one of the waiters who was really amazing, and the point is not only to serve us, but it is related to size of knowledge and education, so the discussion with him is sort of cultural chat... That is amazing! Thanks you AlMothana! The facility itself is cozy and the staff is everything everytime, and that made it a perfect environment. The location is in the center of all other locations: downtown & The Royal Yacht Club (are walking distance), Ayla is 5 minutes driving. Great place to disconnect and to enjoy peace times
