Hotel D Isabel

Despite having gone on two other occasions and having a good experience and good value for money, yesterday the quality of the food was terrible. We believe the meat was either frozen or reheated from days ago. Despite being the third to sit down to eat, it took them a long time to serve us. They were shown the complaint about the poor quality of the meat and their response was: I'll tell the cook... they neither apologized nor asked what the specific complaint was, that is... they knew perfectly well what they were serving. Although we like Arcos and Portugal, we will have to find another place for next time.

I paid 70 euros for a bad meal and they laughed in my face. Despite not eating more than half of what they had served us (only the potatoes and rice were edible) and telling the person serving us that the meat was not good, he didn't pay any attention to us. I think that the fact of being Spanish in this case hurt us.

Com alguma incerteza, primeiro, acabámos por entrar. Esperámos algum tempo, mas valeu a pena. Um naco de carne divinal com um arroz de feijão muito saboroso. Um leite creme caseiro igualmente saboroso. Um ambiente muito familiar.

O único ponto positivo é a localização. Televisão do século passado, roupa de casa de banho miserável! Tive de reclamar para ter água durante a tarde para tomar um duche. Dona do hotel muito antipática! Preço muito elevado para o preço cobrado. Pequeno almoço muito pobre. Local a evitar.

Muito fraco. 10€ por uma salada mista que disseram que teria camarão e nem vê lo. Perguntamos e tinha acabado e esqueceram se de informar a menina que serve as mesas. Estilo muito (muitoooooo) antiquado. Parece que parou no tempo. Atendimento não muito simpático. Vale apenas quanto ao restaurante.
