Me and my partner stayed in this hotel style furnitured apartment. No one speaks English, we had to use Google translate to understand. They have parking for 14.5€ per day in the parking facility that we paid for 4 days. Upon arrival the room was okay and no issues. They never refil the coffee pods or water or milk or sugar. They charge 1€ per pod 1€ per milk which is paid to receptionist directly.they ask for card authorisation for any damage which is fine upon our leave they pre authorized 3€ on my partner card assuming it's for the coffee and milk we initially find upon arrival. One day no house keeping cleaned as the reception said she is sick. But they don't care we had to go ask reception for towels and soap

Extremely welcoming staff and clean reception area, every member of staff took the time to greet us and smile! The decor is well considered and provides a luxury feel. We were offered a complimentary coffee whilst we waited for our room to be ready. The room has everything you need and we had a lovely view of the Arrecife coast. The beds were comfortable as were the other amenities with bonus points for a great bathroom and powerful shower! Towards the evening we spent time on the top floor in the hotels 'Solarium' which featured a hot tub and more glorious views of the Arrecife coast. We would not hesitate to book again as we found our stay to represent excellent value!

Excellent apartments in Arrecife, very comfortable, the solarium terrace with its jacuzzi make your stay very pleasant. Also the reception staff, cleaning service, maintenance are very attentive and are very involved so that the guest has the best possible experience. The details make the difference, quality amenities, with a capsule coffee maker and welcome details, capsules, milk cream, personalized water bottle,...the decoration, the coworking space, Wi-Fi, access code, the elevator with its sound of birds and news and current affairs screen, there are many little things that make your stay very pleasant, soundproofing of 10, etc. to repeat at any time. You have everything you need less than 2 minutes walk away.

This place has everything you need for a fantastic holiday, from the moment you check in, you feel you are well looked after, everywhere is exceptionally clean, bright and a little quirky, All rooms have a fabulous views, and the location is great for the beach, restaurants and bars. Fully equipped apartment. The best, in my opinion, is the terrace and the views. Large terrace with sun loungers and table for dinner or lunch. Pleasant treatment and cleanliness. Recommended for its location and its quality-price ratio. If I return, I will repeat.

Very comfortable, fully equipped apartment right on the sea front in central Arrecife. Pleasantly surprised to have daily cleaning and fresh towels. Friendly staff on reception. Great location for some restaurants, cafes and a great ice cream parlour. About a 10 minute walk from a bus station for low cost buses around the island. Spar supermarket just a few steps away.

We really enjoyed the terrace at breakfast and the beer at sunset, the perfect location, we loved the decoration, very comfortable and clean and the staff very attentive. Playa del Reducto is a minute's walk away, ideal for the last sun and sea bath of the afternoon, without wind, always with good sea. And for dinner, a 15-minute walk to Charco de San Ginés and its restaurants (I recommend La Raspa). A complete success...

Old apartment, the best thing it has are the views... the kitchen is sad. I went with my partner for work and we wanted to try the Islamar apartments because they looked good. We booked for one person by mistake and they charged us for the extra person for 27 euros, the price in booking is the same for 1 person as for 2. The only solution they gave us is that next time (and there won't be a next time) we book directly With them, regardless of whether it is the same price for 1 as for two... I have felt cheated. Something like this has never happened to us in another accommodation. There are others in the area that are much better and more problem-solving.
