Great experience with the staff. The property is clean and the rooms renovated and clean. My only problem was that the two queen beds squeaked whenever one turned on it's side. Would I stay here again? Yes.

Does not deserve the high rating. Patio door didn’t lock, obscene drawings on patio, air fan hard to control to get right temp. Loud next to freeway. Apathetic staff at front. Had to eventually change rooms.
I DO NOT recommend this place.

I booked this stay through ******* because the pricing was extremely fair and affordable. Ultimately, I booked because of the nearly perfect reviews that were rated at this hotel. In my opinion, the room was clean, no odors, clean sheets, and easy temperature management with working appliances and fixtures. I noticed the pool area was clean and the overall neighboring area was decent and safe. I was allowed to do an early check in which was accommodating. The staff were warm and hospitable, and polite. I would have gave 5 stars on the property however the only beverage vending machine was out of order and the patio area of our ground floor room was in need of some TLC. Some over grown weeds were living their best life.

Check in was easy and quick, very Nice Manager Sean, our room was very clean, very quiet throughout the day and at night too. Easy to find right off the highway.

The first issue was the front desk could not register me, because they system was frozen and support was not picking up the phone. Issue number 2, I specifically chose this hotel because they offered EV charging, however the charger is only for a Tesla, which I don't have. I have to go to a fast charging station 3 miles away and wait 40 minutes for a complete charge which I was hoping to do while I sleep. Third, went to check out at approximately 6:10 am, rang the bell, nobody answered. I left my room check in the door and left. Thought the room included breakfast, but did not stay around to find out.
