3 adults soent 2 nights at Arcade Hotel in the terrace suite which was really spacious. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was very good with food being replenished all the time.
All Reception staff were friendly and helpful. As we left early for the airport we were made breakfast to take with us which consisted of plenty of food including some gluten free bread for me as a coeliac.

The perfect hotel for our needs. Quiet, safe, affordable, welcoming & our room was great, even with its very unusual view out our window of an abandoned, crumbling building (SO much character!). We can't say enough how helpful Chrysanthi at the reception desk was; super friendly, very personal & she gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants to eat at, dessert places to top off dinner, & how to navigate our way around Athens. Breakfast is quite good, we appreciated the boxed breakfast we were given when we had a 4:30 AM pick up for a flight, rooms are modern, large enough & comfortable (we were fortunate to have windows on both sides or our room). The only challenge is finding the hotel's location, which is in the courtyard of stores that are off of a pedestrian street. You can always ask people directions &, once you are here, you will see that is is truly convenient to walk anywhere from here!

Just finished our stay in the Arcade hotel and can’t say enough how wonderful our experience was. We booked the terrace suite and it was a huge room with a view of Acropolis. Everything was perfect! From comfy beds to a roomy bathroom with an excellent shower.

Excellent hotel at reasonable price in the heart of Athens. All important sites are in walking distance, we did not use any form of transportation during our stay, and we are older couple with some mobility issues. The hotel has been renovated recently and all amenities are modern. Very clean, good quality bedding and great breakfast plus very nice and helpful staff. Very efficient wifi and smart tv with chromecast app allows to watch your favorite shows or movies.

Our room overlooked the Acropolis and was squeaky clean. The best part though was the staff. Because it's a small hotel, the owner and receptionists treated us like family and went out of their way to help. And, oh, the beds were fabulous!

A small but nice hotel. Room was clean, spacious and I enjoyed having a fridge, a coffee machine and free water and coffee capsules. The staff is fantastic. Take advantage of their taxi service from/to airport and save a lot of money.
Because of the location in the north end of Aiolou st it is pretty quiet at night which allows for a good night sleep. Walk south and you walk into the middle of everything. The disadvantage is that once the shops close this end, and certainly further north, doesn’t feel like the most friendly neighborhood to walk around in on your own in the evening. A descent seafood restaurant is located next door.
