Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

The banquet, catering, and house keeping staff were amazing. The maintenance team and valet terrible. The over all experience left us a bit lacking however with a little training and support I’m sure they can and will improve. The mall is across the street and a plethora of restaurants close by.
