Auckland Hotels with Gym

This is an excellent place to stay if you're transiting through Auckland airport. Being an exceptionally easy, 2 minute walk from the international terminal means that you're not having to juggle shuttle buses and whatnot. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have everything you could need for an overnight stay. The whole place feels fresh and new. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for a couple of weeks and it suited us well as an apart’hotel. It was pleasantly spacious and had all the equipment needed for preparing meals: fridge/freezer, a 4 ring hob, cooker, microwave, utensils, crockery, cutlery. There’s also a washing machine and tumble dryer, laundry rack, iron and ironing board (but you shouldn’t put the laundry rack on the terrace). Its location, 5 minutes walk across from the Botany shopping centre (and bus interchange), is great if you don’t have a car, but there’s also a dedicated parking place (and we were able to plug in our EV through the window). The swimming pool was nice as we were there during a hot spell, but unfortunately it wasn’t open some days because of technical issues. The complex also has a gym, tennis court and barbecue and playground: basically it covers every wish for short or long term residents – and compared to other accommodation in Auckland it wasn’t crazily expensive compared to other places for the dates we booked. I appreciated the comfortable king size bed. The manageress was very friendly and helpful with a few little issues we had.

Here is the city, the hotel is in the lane, if you stay in the evening, there is no special attention to the entrance, you will not find the way when you check in. The overall environment is clean and comfortable, and there are lively shopping malls nearby.

So clean, comfortable, lovely and full of greeneries with a garden and a little fountain. Good value and a pleasant surprise! Feels like a nice countryside stay but with good bedding, pillows and service.

Heritage Hotel is really a grand old dame. Her floor boards creak and often I was woken up by the guests above me. The kitchen sink leaked and flooded the dining area. TV signal got knocked out by blustery winds. Internet reception in the room is rather poor. In public areas no issue. But in the rooms, bad! However, service is great. Issues reported were attended to quickly.

Such a beautifully decorated hotel ,very classy and comfortable. The staff stood out as so welcoming and helpful ,making you feel like real guests in their home. The evening meal was terrific beautifully presented as was the breakfast. The beautiful tea sets really made an impact ,also there in the room. The room wasn’t the normal ,sterile room you expect ,it was cosy and comfortable with a good sized bathroom. Would love to return soon.

Fast check in process, complete amenities and comfy room. Express check out and enjoyable stay. Small issue with safety deposit box which keeping error status. Anyway concierge help opening it with key. Problem solved. Reception was kind and giving my kid small squishy toy. Appreciate this small matter. Hotel location in tourist area and connected to casino, so many people in neughbourhood with choices of restaurant, bar and mini mart that open till late.

A memorable and tranquil brief stop in the city of sails. People are friendly, weather’s nice. What’s there not to like about Auckland?
