The staff at check was very polite. The beds were perfect. They were not the new high beds. My mom has struggled at most hotels with the higher beds. We also had 2 dogs with us and again the staff welcomed them. Everyone was welcoming and cheerful.

Our stay at the hotel was fine. The only problem that we “encountered” was discovering that the inside top of the microwave wasn’t clean but extremely dirty, so it was obvious no one had cleaned it thoroughly. It grossed us out! But aside from that, everything else was good. The staff was courteous, professional and friendly; the breakfast food was excellent as always and the beds were comfortable, and there wasn’t a lot of noise in the hallways either…

I really enjoy this hotel every time I visit the Augusta, GA;
the location is great, the room is immaculate, and the price is reasonable and affordable.
The breakfast actually works to.

Room A/C was cold and the shower was hot and bed was comfortable; those "3" things are a mandatory in me choosing a hotel in any city, state or country
