In door Pool not heated, outdoor pool not clean, hot tub not working. Mattresses were hard.

They were remodeling the 4th and 5th floors. Noisy at times. My shower had a drip that would not stop at all.

The beds are comfortable, the staff were awesome! We've stayed here in the past years when in Augusta visiting family. We were somewhat disappointed that once again thehot tub was out of order & indoor pool freezing cold which gave us nothing to do in the evenings at the hotel. They are working on renovations for the Master's Tournament next week which is needed. The staff is awesome and we appreciated the hospitality.

Very nice staff and comfortable rooms. Room service was great!
Only issue was the hot water in the shower wasn’t really that hot.
