Started off a lil rocky but they got it together and took care of us.

The room was very dirty when we arrived from the bathroom to the whole room. The room also had a very bad smell. The people at the hotel were not willing to clean our room when we got there so we had to clean it ourselves and buy products to clean it, we were only given 30% of our money back when we should’ve been given more back from all we had to go through. One of the guest that was staying in the room with us got bitten by a big wolf spider and nothing was done about it.

This hotel is really one down. The elevator was so scary to ride. I thought I was going to get stuck. Things are out of date. They really need to update. I remember when this was a nice place

Inside was very nice than it appeared from the outside. Even though the hotel had an odor upon entering and through out, it was not unbearable. Room was very clean

The cushions of the sofa bed were torn. The window was dirty or stained terribly.

The room smelled. I stayed here because of the location. I was too tired to go elsewhere. The bathroom smelled. The mini fridge smelled. The bed base was ridiculously loud when you sat on it. The ironing board did not have an iron cover.
Some of the electrical outlets did not work.

Close proximity to Augusta National. Rooms are very small. Half the lights/outlets did not work. Overall- ok
