It starts with a cup of coffee. The Barista/Bar tender/Server/To go Order/ Special Request processor …CATHY had a line that snaked thru the lobby. She was working alone, so efficient, & very sweet. When I returned for lunch 3 hours later … SAME! When I asked if this was normal … she smiled & confirmed. Cathy deserves WAY more help! Cathy is an amazing customer service warrior! She deserves the best accommodation you company can offer! ❤️

I loved my stay at The Doubletree. My room was clean and wonderful. Also the service was exceptional. Cathy was an exceptional server. She was so friendly and helpful. Also, Harshita and Lesego were the nicest front desk employees. They are so kind and made my stay comfortable.

Clean, big room. Had a small issue with the toilet running and they fixed it quickly. Room service was fast and delicious. The restaurant was also quick and the food was good. The breakfast buffet was HUGE and great food. Mary Ellen helped us at the restaurant and she was amazing! She was courteous, helpful, and very friendly! Johnny Loredo was nice and worked hard for our group. Adrian and Fredencio made delicious food for us! The gym was a really nice one and the hotel was quiet. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cathy was an amazing host/barista at the restaurant at the Doubletree. She was pleasant, professional and makes an amazing cappuccino. Fast effort and with the biggest smile. Come by and see her smile and take care of you with the utmost kindness

George B. was the best bartender and server. The hotel needs to be updated as lots of things were old/worn down. Rooms are huge. Bathtub was tiny. Bed is super comfortable. I expected more from a 4 star hotel honestly. TV kept freezing. To be candid, I would not stay here again. Staff was extremely kind and attentive though.

This stay adds to many stays at this location but this one is by far the best! Bobbie who provided amazing hospitality from the time we arrived until the time we left. From her smile, to her patience, to her pleasant demeanor and exceptional service has made it possible. Bobbie is an asset to The Doubletree Hotel and Hilton Properties. Customer service is a dying breed but Bobbie is rewriting the playbook. Thanks for making out stay the best it could be.

Mary Ellen, Johnny & Elijah provided detailed attention to our group and its appreciated. Kuddos for the chef with our lunch meal. It was delicious and prepared well with good presentation. Elijah should learn that a full is shorter than a queen although he says the executive housekeeper agreed with him. I loved his personality. Thanks for a greAt stay!!
