This hotel was truly beautiful. We were warmly welcomed by Jerome, the owner and shown to our room that was incredibly beautiful, with a large very comfortable bed in the corner of an old fashioned beamed room with vaulted ceiling and Felix window to keep it cool and fresh. Spacious bathroom and all things supplied. Breakfast was fresh and the jams homemade and delicious. Highly recommend staying if you are ever in the area. Close to town for some lovely restaurants and Jerome will recommend and help you book restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay, slept very well.

We really enjoyed staying at Le Relais. It's in a very convenient location, right in the lovely old town area. The building is beautiful and appealingly furnished, and our room was quite comfortable. The homemade breakfast was excellent, and Jerome is an extraordinarily gracious and thoughtful host, Highly recommended.

+ fantastic B&B very close to the center of Auxerre (well, practically you are in the center of Auxerre) + great rooms, the ones at the top floor have great volumes and exposed wooden structure + delicious breakfast + the owner was very nice, always available and always smiling

Si vous aimez : Les belles demeures restaurées dans les règles de l'art. La décoration chic sans être ostentatoire. La propreté irréprochable. Les arts premiers, et les jolis objets. Poser votre voiture et pouvoir visiter la ville à pieds. La gentillesse naturelle et la convivialité. Prendre votre petit déjeuner dans une salle digne d'un grand hôtel. Les bonnes confitures maison. Les croissants du boulanger et le pain croustillant. Ne cherchez plus vous avez trouvé votre chambre d’hôtes.

Tout était parfait !!!!!!!De l’accueil ( charmante jeune femme en l’absence du gérant),La chambre (sevigne)., le petit déjeuner…..Nous recommandons +++++++++cette magnifique maison,: ancien relais de poste .. Une chambre très agréable avec très bonne literie, très propre,Le petit déjeuner avec produits maison (miel,confiture,jus de pomme Merci à Jérôme (que nous avions eu au téléphone )

Stayed one night on a recent road trip through France. Never stayed in this area before and this B&B was well located in Auxerre Several paid parking options just a few minutes walk away and only 5 minutes walk from restaurants and bars Great welcome from Jerome, the house is over 400 years old and beautifully decorated with lots of great features Breakfast included Jerome’s own apple juice and jams Would stay again if in the area, recommended

L'accueil chaleureux et familial des propriétaires, la beauté de cet hôtel particulier aménagé avec goût, le confort des chambres et sa localisation au centre d'Auxerre ont fait que nous nous souviendrons longtemps de cette nuit passée ici, avec notre bébé de 1 mois! Sans oublier l'excellent petit-déjeuner préparé par Jérôme avec des confitures maison qu'il a lui-même préparées. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d'une prochaine visite en Bourgogne.

Maison d'hôtes de charme au coeur du centre historique d'Auxerre.Salle de bain très complète. Deux parkings publics à proximité.Place des cordeliers à distance promenade où se regroupents de bons restaurants où il est prudent de réserver.Petit déjeuner copieux agrémenté de confitures maison et miel des abeilles de Jerome,ses ruches sont dans le Morvan où il a un superbe gîte.
