Location is good, rooms are smaller in size, food is below average. Their room servings are very slow. Also expensive food.

The hotel is actually quite good with polite staff and really nice rooms, good food and a good view. However, there were 2 problems. Firstly, their rooms are non-refundable. Secondly their hotel description says that they have a bar. They don't and they have not updated it on their page.

Absolutely incredible experience! The staff are exceptional, and the food is outstanding. The atmosphere and vibe of the place are amazing, especially during the monsoon—it feels like staying in the clouds. Although I didn't use the pool, it looked very clean. I also appreciated the early check-in on a weekend. This 5-star property offers great amenities, including fun games. Highly recommend!

Location, Staff service, room maintenance, room interiors, amenities were all excellent. Food taste need some improvement. Very nice place for family outing.

It was an average experience by paying them an excellent price. Fare is higher than expectation. Foods are very good, tasty and delicious. There is a big concern of hygiene. There is no proper approaching road to reach property. Property is new but still the it is not maintained. When we went we got the toilet cleaned. Tab inside the rooms were not working properly. AC was not working properly. There is no fan in the room and AC was not working.

Pros 1. Staff behaviour good 2. Rooms clean and hygenic 3. Games room for children is good 4. Location good cons 1. Road outside hotel for approach poor 2. Parking space not available have to park in open road 3. Restaurant size very small. Huge rush for breakfast as few tables and too many rooms myself waited for two hours for a table. 4. Food taste is not good. Maybe due to small kitchen serving too many guests

It is located near national highway 3, so the location is good, rooms are specious, clean and hygienic. The hotel staff is also humble and supportive, pool and restaurant is also great.
