We have been to aiya napa previously so knew the area. We had looked at The Anonymous Hotel and discounted it because it looked quite basic and the rooms were too small for our needs. Running out of time ahead of resuming work and college for our 17 year old son we selected The Anonymous with the view of how bad can it be, previous reviews had commented how clean it was and the beds were comfy - basic needs met! We booked with jet2 holidays and arrived at the hotel quite late at night and the hotel was deserted. Check in was smooth and our room was on the first floor directly above reception. A single chair bed was made up, however was missing pillows but a quick trip to reception and a pillow was bought to the room. Tea and coffee facilities etc provided however only for 2 people and of course we were 3. There was a fridge that was empty - a nice touch would have been some water provided but a quick trip to a local supermarket sorted that. As we were directly above reception you could constantly here music in the room, the initial assumption was that it came from a neighbouring hotel and it took a couple of days to realise it was from the speakers in the ceiling. I had earplugs with me - this would have severely impacted my sleep if I hadn't. The beds were very comfortable, air conditioning was adequate - I would say that the a/c was poor throughout the hotel and felt for the staff throughout the relentless heat. We echo previous comments about the shower system - water spreads throughout the bathroom as the shower tray is so shallow - if a bathroom refurb is planned definitely invest in decent shower trays! We became quite adept at creating a dam with a hand towel! We stayed for 6 nights and our room was serviced with fresh towels every day. We don't always make breakfast, but the Anonymous Hotel put on a fabulous breakfast offering. The hot breakfast selection was amazing with the dishes refreshed frequently - small dishes used so that hot food never sat there for too long without being replenished. Great selection of cereals, fruit, patisserie etc and fresh Orange juice available 3/4 times a week. The restaurant team were constantly moving round the restaurant clearing tables so you never had dirty plates in front of you and during the busy times you would not have had to wait long for a table. The pool was a good size, plenty of sun beds that were comfortable. We hired a pool towel at 5€ each which was returned when we checked out and handed back. Also plenty of umbrella's if needed. Sunny beach is literally a 5 minute walk out of the hotel with sun loungers and umbrellas to hire at 2.50€ each - the beach was incredibly clean with a lifeguard station. There are also water sports available at a very reasonable cost. Showers to rinse off the sand and we were back at the hotel. We generally had lunch at the hotel and the choice was excellent. We couldn't fault the food at all. A good selection of drinks and cocktails. The h

This hotel is situated in a fantastic location right opposite the beach and near to bars and shops. The staff were fantastic and could not do enough for us and they work hard and make each customer feel welcomed nothing was too much for them even the manager was friendly and checked that he guests were being looked after. The food was really lovely and presented well .There were always plenty of choice especially at breakfast time ( we were on bed and breakfast board basis) - the hotel was very clean and we had clean towels and beds changed daily .Great value for money we would definitely go back there again . When we were leaving the staff were there to wish us a safe journey home . The Star rating given for this hotel should be higher it does not refect how good it is .One of the cleaest hotels we have stayed at .We could not fault anything about this hotel a big thankyou to every single staff member for making visiting this hotel a welcoming experience and a big thank you to the manager for managing this hotel well and ensuring the holiday makes have a lovely stress free holiday .

This is our second visit to this hotel, last year I came with my sister in law and this year we brought our husbands with us. We are only on our 4th day here but I felt compelled to write a review now, should anything change I’ll let you know! But I don’t think it will. This is a small adult only hotel right on the beach. The staff are really lovely and it’s so nice to see the same faces as last year. The beautiful Katie is still on reception, she is so kind and helpful, you won’t find another receptionist like her. The rooms are spotless, the beds comfy and great pillows. Pool are clean and bar staff are great. Give this hotel a try you won’t be disappointed

One of the best hotels I’ve been to in Ayia Napa. All the facilities are amazing, breakfast is exceptional with many options suitable for all diets. Pool side is amazing with a large variety of foods and comfortable beds to enjoy your cocktails. Rooms are very clean and comfortable with nice views. The staff here is very helpful and nice with everything we asked. Entertainment is provided on weekends and weekdays giving you the change to chill by the pool and enjoy your drinks. Will be back for sure

So sad to be leaving this amazing hotel. Our 2nd year here and everything was yet again perfect. Lovely sea view room, great breakfast and the other meals we had were superb. Comfy sun loungers and everywhere very clean. Big shout out to Spyro, Gabi & Pascalle but all the staff from reception to cleaners were lovely. Great place to unwind. Had a massage which sorted out my stiff shoulder! Till next year! xx

Hotel is great located 1 min walk to the beach Staff is very accommodating, great breakfast and lovely meals. Almost every night there was entertainment. Pool is great and warm due to the sun ☀️ Great located between Nissi beach and ayia napa so you can choose if you want it quiet or a buzy evening. Rooms are simple and we had a lovely balcony. Definitely recommended I also want to mention that we had the most hardworking staff they work LONG hours and are UBER friendly - Gaby makes the BEST frozen MARGARITAS - be sure to try one if you are there!

Visited Cyprus for the first time via a last-minute package deal with TUI for £630pp for 1 week in mid-July. We did a lot of research on Trip advisor prior to selecting our hotel and Anonymous Beach Hotel was exactly as described online. We'll leave a detailed review as we very much appreciated other people's insights and are glad we settled on this hotel! Checked in late at night (1am) and were shown to our room and given information about the hotel and some vouchers for food/drinks. Note there is no water provided in the room on arrival, but there is a reasonably priced shop at reception which takes card/cash, and has water, fruit juice, snacks, alcohol and clothes/accessories. Appeared to be open 24 hours. We had a ground floor balcony room which was a good size with an en-suite toilet/shower. The room was cleaned to a good standard. There was some mould on the ceiling and on the wall above the bed, but the actual living spaces were very well-kept. The room had a kettle, some supplies for tea/coffee, a phone and hairdryer, and LED lighting on the mirror and above the bed. We gave a €10 deposit for the safe which was returned at the end of the stay, and the air con was free and worked very quickly once the keycard was inserted. Beds were very comfy and mattresses clean when inspected. The shower in our room was a bit odd - the shower tray would bend inward suddenly when standing on it (wasn't an issue for us but be may have been a falls risk for others), and because the shower door only covered half of the cubicle, water would gather on the floor across the bathroom. We were able to make a towel barrier to prevent this but it left our room smelling like damp towels after a few days. This may have been an issue with our room only but we were settled in and it didn't warrant a room change in our opinion. The rooms were cleaned most days (there were 2 days our room wasn't cleaned, but we were supplied with fresh towels daily). On days it was cleaned the bedsheets were replaced and tidied, the bathroom left immaculate and all the floors mopped. Anything we had left out was tidied into piles which we were very grateful for. Our balcony was overlooking a traffic ramp (we were aware it was a ground floor prior to booking) and was not in the sun so it was a challenge to dry clothes. Because it was ground floor, we had 3 cockroaches visit our room via the balcony - easily fired outside but if this would bother you ensure your balcony is higher up and away from the bushes!). Breakfast was buffet style served until 10:30am. It was very nice - we were always able to find something to suit us due to the variety. Favourites were fresh fruit and fruit juice, fry ups, bread/pastries, and freshly made pancakes/waffles. We didn't have lunch/dinner at the hotel but there were many restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Our favourite was Jungle Mania for burgers. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. There is a beautiful beach a few steps across

The hotel was in a really good location on the beach. Still, it was a short walk to the nearest street. I think the breakfast was good. There was something for everyone. Still, the service at the pool bar was average. There was an old man working there who wanted to dictate everything. He even yelled at me many times. Apparently didn't like me sitting there for so many hours during the day.
