It was a clean, friendly accommodation with no drawbacks :) It was close to the beach, and it was easy to walk around because it was close to restaurants, marts, and souvenir shops. I was able to enjoy the facilities of the nearby Nelia Hotel, so I used the gym and lunch buffet, and I was satisfied.

It wasn't till u get here that been all-inclusive means nothing, your treat by the bar staff like your 2nd class citizens, their rude and refuse to serve you at your table, you have to go to the bar and if their not too busy you might get served, Nelia gardens is nowhere near Nelis beach standards , do not book Nelia Gardens

I think your workers done everything they could to help us when we need anything. Reception tell us everything we need around hotel with no problem. Food was great. A lot different from my country even when they called it same. Sometimes they need little more spices and salt but still great. Chefs at the banquet always try to help if we need anything and help us in seconds. Waitress always ask if they can take plates and tried to smile for more comfort and that on all hotels nelia garden/beach. Kids loved personals and we are glad that we were there.

For the price, this hotel was great! Perfect location, good amenities, food was nice in the All Inclusive restaurant in the Nelia Beach Hotel where you go for your lunch and evening meals. The pool is okay, on the small side but did the trick. There was no real problem getting a sunbed, I did go out before 10am and managed. The All inclusive drinks were very poor, don’t expect great drinks as that’s not the case. We ended up paying for our drinks on a night as the All Inclusive ones were pretty bad. But like I said, for the price of the holiday, it was okay. I would go back and it didn’t put me off. I’d just not drink the All Inclusive drinks.

I recently stayed at the Nelia Gardens Hotel, and while the rooms and general area were quite nice, my experience was utterly ruined by the horrendous bar staff. Their attitude was a perfect blend of apathy and incompetence. Not only did they ignore guests for extended periods, but when they finally did grace us with their presence, they acted as if serving drinks was the most burdensome task imaginable. The bartenders were consistently rude and unprofessional, more interested in their phones and chatting among themselves than attending to guests. On multiple occasions, I had to practically beg for service, only to receive poorly made drinks that tasted like they'd been mixed by an amateur. Cleanliness was evidently not a priority either; the bar area was filthy, with sticky surfaces and unwashed glasses scattered about. It’s a shame that such an otherwise lovely hotel is marred by such abysmal bar service. Management should seriously consider overhauling their bar staff or at the very least, sending them for extensive retraining. Until then, if you value good service, avoid the bar at Nelia Gardens at all costs.

Another great stay for us at Nelia Gardens. As always the staff and management were extremely, welcoming, friendly and attentive. A great place for a relaxing stay and central for restaurant sand bars in the town centre, while being only five minutes from the beach. Totally recommended and a great place to stay. Gary

This hotel is a little gem. Set aside from its big sister hotel the Nelia Beach it’s much quieter. We stayed in a studio. My wife is disabled and the room was adequate for her. Lovely pool and sunbathing area. Five mins walk to harbour and centre but in a quiet location. There had been some negative posts about the restaurant because it’s open to non residence and staff only cared for them. In my view this was inaccurate. Mario and team went out of their way to make our stay special. The only difference is drinks aren’t waiter service. We had a couple of meals in there really good value for money. Watch match days though as it gets very busy. .

We felt comfortable here. The breakfast has many options, the coffee has improved significantly.
The hotel is very conveniently located near bars, restaurants, etc. and is still quite quiet.
The pool is a bit small but in the off-season it was sufficient.
We can recommend the hotel, at least in the off-season.
We were there at the beginning of March and were lucky with the weather. Always over 20 degrees and sunny, but quite cool in the evenings.
