We purchased for 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights and the hotel has not given us money back after we told them we didn't want to stay there even the first night. Hotel lied about this room and many things went wrong. We upgraded to a master suite with Jacuzzi and they put us on the first floor where we could hear everything on the street. The Jacuzzi was broken, no door to the bathroom, no remote control for the TV, and the bed was very tiny. Contacted Trip.com service but they said hotel refused to contact them or respond. Only one person at front desk and she cannot speak English, so difficult to communicate with her since our Spanish is limited.
