Es un hotel a pie de laguna con un muelle muy bonito. Tiene 1 sólo restaurant y eso lo hace cómodo, evitando buscar que comer. El servicio de todo el personal es muy bueno y amables. El lugar es muy tranquilo, con vegetación y buena alberca. No es un resort, pero si buscas descanso con todo a la mano, sin duda esta es una opción. Si regreso, me volvere a hospedar aqui.

Desondanks dat sommige mensen ons had aangeraden om hoger te trekken in yucatan voor de orkaan Beryl zijn we toch naar Bacalar gegaan! De bazin van het hotel waarschuwde ons duidelijk over de komst van de orkaan maar integenstelling tot andere hotels konden we wel blijven. We moesten wel vanaf 19:00 uur op de kamer blijven, maar het hotel heeft zijn uiterste best gedaan om de nacht comfortabel door te brengen! Wat ook gelukt is! Wat ons vooral is opgevallen in dit kleine charmante hotel is duurzaamheid van de mooie sobere inrichting van de kamers! Het personeel is super flexibel en vriendelijk! Toffe stop tijdens onze rondreis in Yucatan!

Es un hotel bonito, con mucha vegetación, las habitaciones y el baño son amplios, cómodos con un balcón lo único es que la habitación le hace falta un mueble como para poner cosas, si tiene clóset pero no tiene sillas ni nada, solo la cama con sus burós.. (habitación queen) el restaurante es pequeño pero bonito solo que tardan mucho en servirte el desayuno, es algo a tener en cuenta porque si te quieres ir rápido tardan en atenderte ya que parece que solo hay una cocinera y una mesera, el desayuno incluido es rico pero una porción pequeña, el área de la laguna está bonito y la atención del personal es buena.

Our stay last week at Mi Kasa Tu Casa was excellent. The room was very large, the bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the A/C and TV with Netflix worked very well. We also had a palapa on the roof with a hammock, tables and chairs. The service provided by Emma and the others was very good. The pool was nice and clean. There were many trees and plants on the property. The dock area is excellent, with free use of kayaks and SUP. The breakfasts included were very delicious, and the lunches and dinners were delicious! The shrimp tacos and the flank steak tacos are highly recommended!!
The hotel is outside the town, near the road. The road noise was the only negative, but the overall experience was fantastic!

We felt like we stepped directly into paradise from the first moment we set foot at Mi Kasa Tu Kasa. The grounds, nature, and lagoon of course were breathtaking and Mi Kasa Tu Kasa was the perfect place to enjoy it from. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed the restaurant and generous complementary breakfast. The free kayaks and paddle boards were our favorite! Would definitely recommend to a family member or friend for a family or couples getaway.
