Boulevard Side Hotel

I liked the hotel for its location. Cleanliness is 4-star. Excellent restaurant for breakfast. The view is gorgeous. The hotel is worth the money. We were satisfied)

The room is dirty. The carpet is simply terrible, and no one has vacuumed it in 5 days. The feeling that the cleaning staff was created only to move my things around the room and make the bed. For many aspects, I had to contact the reception (there are no complaints here, well done, they accepted complaints, but no one followed their instructions.) The light in the room is very dim, some of the lamps do not light (which was said, but nothing has changed). Washing is also very inconvenient. There is no shower as such, and it is not convenient to wash with a watering can from the wall. It’s also very hot in the room (26-27 degrees). The air conditioner didn't turn on when it was cold. I went up to the reception and they said that from May 1st you can only go out in the cold (brilliant. It’s the same as 27 in the room). We had to constantly open the window wide, but there were no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes swarmed constantly, and there was a quest to get rid of mosquitoes. We were given one hand towel between the two of us, and on the third day they took it away and didn’t give us a new one. Let's move on to the food: if you order it, it's quite tasty, but the included breakfast is something special. There is nothing special to eat, and what is there is not tasty. Hot, if it remained, was cold. The sausages are just terrible, only instant coffee, tea bags, nothing good to say. Another interesting story happened on the last day. We arrived from an excursion, there was another “cleaning”, things were moved and the bed was made. My wife has a silk nightie that they couldn’t find. As a result, I found it under the middle of the bed. There was no way she could have fallen there. Either it’s not clear why they put it there on purpose, or they decided that we wouldn’t notice it, and then they’d take it for themselves. Regarding the light, there’s also a lamp, but there’s no socket for it. Oh, I almost forgot. The Internet is just terrible. We sat in the room via mobile Internet, and there was almost no Wi-Fi reception. More or less, you could enjoy Wi-Fi in the lobby or in the restaurant. I probably forgot something, but what I forgot was also bad. As a result: one of the advantages is that there is a supermarket and a bank nearby. Of the minuses, all of the above

Very dirty rooms, especially the carpets. In the literal sense of the word, there was dirt on them, apparently they walked around without shoes, and so on in all the rooms. Room cleaning also leaves much to be desired. People smoke everywhere. Horror
