Hyatt Regency Baku

Very nice staffs at reception, met different faces during my stay but all my needs are well taken care of. Great job front desk team! Room is spacious, location is a bit far from tourist attractions, but has supermarket within walking distance, also a shuttle bus can be booked to go to old town. Breakfast is not good as Intercontinental, very little choices so didn't eat there.

Stay was decent, the air conditioner of the room was an issue as it was maintained at a particular temperature. Being hot when visiting it was difficult to sleep at night and hotel had to provide a fan to keep room at the required temperature.staff is friendly and courteous. Location is a bit far from the main areas of the city. All facilities of the hotel are impeccable. Loved the pools,gym area and the lounge area

The overall experience at the hotel was great. The staff was courteous and supportive. Amenities, food and room service were up to the mark. A special mention to the guest experience specialist Mr. Seymur who played a pivotal role in defining our overall experience of Baku. He helped us plan all our tours in and out of Baku and also made every possible effort to make our hotel stay as comfortable as possible.

The hotel is simply lovely, and very well planned. The outside pool is a great benefit and the gym facilities is simply superb. Although, the best part turned out to be the staff, everyone was very attentive, helpful and nice, starting from the front desk, to night manager, breakfast hostess and of course, an amazing house keeping. We are very grateful. Baku is simply gorgeous, so much to see, if you plan your trip Hyatt is the place to pick. The location is close to all the land and walking distance to some great cafes and restaurants.

This review is for spa and outside pool area. 1. We asked to pay 70 manats per person to be able to use an outdoor pool. 2. We hardly found someone to help us with lounge chairs. 3. We asked for Margarita cocktail, however pool personal had no idea what it is and called it a smoothie. I also asked for a glass of Prosecco, also to no availability. Pool personal came back saying the pool bar isn’t open yet and that they don’t have any alcohol except beer. Finally, I suggested for them to go the main restaurant and bring us drinks. 4. I asked for a manager to come to talk to me, nobody cared and nobody came 5 star hotel which does t have drinks in the pool area and service is terrible. Why charge people 70 manat ( 42 dol) per person for this??? I would avoid this hotel
